The technology which makes electrical equipment get access to electricity in non-contact way is called wireless power transmission technology. It makes the electrical equipment get rid of types of complex charger, the power interface which reduce sealing degree, and the disadvantages of traditional wire transmission way like the electric sparks caused by plug connectors. In this case, the wireless transmission way is much safer and more convenient. The traditional induction wireless transmission technology, such as the wireless charging base of mobile phone, has difficulties such as short transmission distance, small transmission power, heat dissipation problems. The magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission system researched in this paper is put forward in2007.Based on the transmission characteristics of wireless power transmission, this paper establishes the magnetic coupling resonance model, then analyzes and calculates the optimal transmission frequency of wireless transmission system based on coupled-mode theory and resonance theory, namely the work frequency of strong coupling resonance in the system. Besides, the paper analyzes and summarizes the effects of topology structure, the transmission distance and coil characteristics on the system transmission efficiency. By using the finite element analysis method, the paper makes experimental verification on the calculated resonant frequency through the CST electromagnetic simulation software, analyzes the transfer characteristics of the system under different load conditions, and the experimental results show that the calculated resonant frequency can make the system work in a high-efficient and strong coupling transmission state. Experiments found that when the load is connected, the transmitter frequency drop phenomenon will appear. In order to ensure the system work in the optimal frequency, when designing the prototype machine, the experiment joined the frequency locking module on launch power part. Finally, set up the magnetic coupling resonant wireless power transmission type hardware system, light the LED lamps of4W in the distance of12cm and realize the wireless transmission of power.
