With the rapid development of science, new electronic equipment is gradually integrated into people’s life, making people enjoy the convenience brought by science and technology. The complex and changeable application environment has brought new demand for power supply of electronic equipment, which is contactless wireless power transmission. Therefore, people pay great attention to the research and development of wireless power transmission. In this paper, several wireless power transmission modes are introduced in this paper. The principle and research status of magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission are mainly introduced.Compared to the traditional mode of electric energy transmission, the magnetically coupled resonant power transfer system has the advantages of far distance and strong penetration,so it has high research value and broad application prospects. The dissertation firstly analyzes the power amplifier of the core component of the transmitter module in magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission system, and the principle of several kinds of power amplifiers is briefly introduced. In this paper, the class E power amplifier is used to design the high frequency power supply.Secondly,in order to improve the efficiency and stability of the magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission system,it is necessary to reduce the loss caused by the MOS tube.In this paper, the effects of parasitic capacitance are considered in the design of Class E power amplifiers. The nonlinear parasitic capacitance is brought into the theoretical design process, the design parameters of Class E power amplifiers are optimized, and the third harmonic suppression circuit is added to reduce the risk of breakdown of the MOS tube. This method has effectively increased the efficiency of the power amplifier. Finally, the correctness of the theory and parameters is verified by the simulation analysis of ADS RF software. This paper designed an E/F3 power amplifier which output power of 5W at 8MHz.A power amplifier control signal circuit is designed by using 16MHz active crystal oscillator and D trigger. After testing, when the output power of the power amplifier is4.3W-5W,the efficiency is over 80%.When the output power is 4.6W,the maximum efficiency is 85%.Finally,the 3W bulb was lighted at the distance of 1m.
