| Compared with electromagnetic induction technology and microwave energy transmission technology,magnetic coupled resonance radio energy transmission technology has the advantages of moderate distance,moderate efficiency and moderate power,and has a good market application prospect.In this paper,how to improve the transmission efficiency of magnetically coupled resonant radio energy transmission system in high-power transmission is studied,and the transmission characteristics of the system,coupling coil structure parameters and system energy transmission circuit are optimized to make the wireless energy transmission system work in the best state.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the development background and application fields of radio energy transmission technology,then compares the advantages and disadvantages of three main radio energy transmission methods,and analyzes the research status and progress of radio energy transmission technology at home and abroad.Secondly,using the two coil structure of magnetic coupling resonant radio can transmit equivalent circuit model of the system output power and efficiency was deduced expressions,analyzes the coupling coefficient,mutual inductance coefficient,load resistance and the system output power and the relationship between the transmission efficiency,as well as the critical coupling distance transmission power and the transmission efficiency of the system.The physical field was simulated by COMSOL Multiphysics.By analyzing the transmission characteristic of the system(frequency characteristic,distance characteristic,direction characteristic,load characteristic),it is concluded that the system keeps in the range of high power and efficiency.Then,according to the result of the transmission properties of system analysis and efficient transmission,on the basis of the key problems of the magnetic coupling resonant radio transmission experiment system design optimization,including system coupling coil material,wire diameter,number of turns(coil),system transmitting terminal E power amplifier circuit in the circuit,the selection of switch tube,switch tube characteristics simulation,the stability of circuit design,matching circuit design,the whole circuit simulation),the receiver circuit(rectifier filter circuit,voltage regulator circuit),can achieve high efficiency under cosco distance radio system transmission.Finally,the experimental platform of radio energy transmission is built according to the design optimization results of the system,and the correctness of the simulation of transmission characteristics of the system is analyzed through the experimental verification of range characteristics,azimuth characteristics and load resistance.The experimental results show that the optimized coil structure parameters not only improve the transmission effect of the system,but also improve the allowable variation range of the transmitting and receiving coil migration and deflection Angle under the fixed transmission distance.In the magnetic coupled resonant radio energy transmission system,there is no optimal load resistance to maximize the transmission power and transmission efficiency at the same time. |
