With the vigorous development of e-commerce, people demand more and more onlineshopping, transportation and distribution is also increasing, because of distribution andtransport problems such as traffic congestion, emissions followed. At the same time, becauseof severely reduced international petroleum energy, diesel gasoline prices on the picture isvery big, also poses a challenge to the requirement of transportation cost. If still use previoustransport organization distribution, will create many problems, such as high cost and lowefficiency, poor quality of service, but also can not meet the customers’ requirements.Unreasonable vehicle scheduling system will not only improve the efficiency of logisticscosts, reduce logistics, increasing the travel time and route, but also can produce certainburden to the urban traffic. To maximum to meet customer demand, reduce transport costs,maximize the benefit of the enterprise itself, to establish a reasonable distribution center thevehicle scheduling network, scientific adjustment of distribution mode, inventory strategyand transportation means to realize the goal of low comprehensive cost of logisticsdistribution, become the main purpose of the optimization of logistics distribution system.Taking Anshan trucks conditions of distribution center as the research object, based onthe relevant theory of distribution center and the related knowledge of genetic algorithm, aglobal perspective from the enterprise of vehicle scheduling problem in logistics distributionsystem optimization, namely the distribution center storage, sorting, processing, distributionand transportation process analysis, meet the requirements of modern enterprise logisticsintegration, to meet customer requirements to reduce the comprehensive cost of the storageand transportation, etc.The main content of the paper is as follows: first of all read about distribution system ofvehicle scheduling research literature, combing related theory, contrast analysis was carriedout on the vehicle scheduling problem solving method and evaluate its merits; Secondly, inview of the problems discussed in this article, combining with the existing research methodand the literature at home and abroad, choose genetic algorithm for vehicle schedulingoptimization method, this paper also introduces the principle of genetic algorithm and theconcrete implementation in the distribution vehicle routing optimization procedures and processes; Then to Anshan trucks company distribution center for the empirical study object,the Anshan iron and steel trucks company distribution center function orientation, planning,process design, discusses the management and planning; Finally, a genetic algorithm for pathoptimization, the results showed that the if according to the distribution pattern of the old,10warehousing distribution usually20vehicles, respectively for20times distribution path,increasing the cost of distribution and affect the efficiency of distribution. Throughoptimization method of the scheme, only eight cars to completion of the task should bedetermined by the20car, save the12bus, save the cost of distribution, greatly improving theefficiency of distribution.
