| Chinese logistics industry has entered a stage of high-quality development.How to improve efficiency,reduce logistics costs and improve service quality has become an urgent problem for many logistics enterprises.The establishment of large regional distribution centers in areas rich in raw materials or in areas with relatively concentrated customers to achieve raw material supply,manufacturing products and sales services,that is,the regional distribution center model of distributed production and large-scale distribution,has become an increasingly important supply chain operation model and priority choice for enterprises.With the development of regional distribution centers,the requirements for product warehousing,distribution costs and efficiency services have been further improved,and the existing traditional storage,handling,loading and unloading,and transportation methods have been unable to meet the needs of modern regional distribution centers.In the actual operation process of the regional distribution center of dairy products,the lack of reasonable finished vehicle loading and route scheduling decision scheme,the loading and unloading mode is still manual,the transport vehicle is still non-standard,and the pallet transport has not been applied,which affects the work efficiency of the regional distribution center of dairy products,increases the operation intensity and increases the operating cost.How to efficiently and economically solve the joint optimization problem of finished vehicle loading and route scheduling is an important research topic in logistics operations,and it is also an urgent problem for regional distribution center.This paper analyzes the research status of finished vehicle loading and route scheduling at home and abroad,and determines the research content and technical route of this paper on the basis of this.The theory and algorithm of regional distribution center,finished vehicle loading problem,finished vehicle loading and route scheduling are analyzed and summarized in this paper.Based on the objective function of the maximum space utilization of the carriage,the mathematical model of the three-dimensional finished vehicle loading problem is established.The practicability of the model is verified by the practical case of the distribution center of dairy products.According to the actual demand of the regional distribution center of dairy products,the mathematical model of the joint optimization of the vehicle loading and route scheduling was established with the maximum space utilization rate of the carriage and the minimum distance of the vehicle as the optimization goal,and the genetic algorithm was improved to select the crossover mutation mode,and an example was designed for verification.The results show that the improved genetic algorithm has a certain degree of improvement in solving efficiency,vehicle loading and route scheduling optimization.Finally,the paper adopts the standardized loading and transportation scheme with bracket.Finally,the paper takes a regional distribution center of dairy products in northwest China as a practical case to verify.In this paper,the joint optimization problem of finished vehicle loading and route scheduling in regional distribution center of dairy products was studied,and the standardized vehicle loading and transportation scheme with pallet was adopted for example verification.The results indicate: In terms of space utilization,vehicle driving distance,distribution time and total cost,it has been greatly improved,which is superior to the existing loading and unloading distribution scheme,and provides theoretical and practical reference for the optimization of finished vehicle loading and route scheduling in dairy products and similar regional distribution centers. |
