Chinese government have pointed that the main direction of industrial upgrading is intelligent manufacturing and CNC machine processing in “Thirteen Five-Year Plan”. And also pointed out that a low-carbon economy will be one of the key directions in the Thirteen-Five-Year plan. Precision machinery manufacturing for the stringent requirements of the air environment, making the HVAC industry becomes more and more important.The micro-nano grinder Lab of this study is a microcosm of the modern machining factories and laboratory. This study is a part of the “863” project of Donghua University, which aims to do some research in machining micro-nano technology of parts of aerospace.In order to meet the requriements of processing air envieonment,a high-precision air-conditioning system is designed for the temperature control. the laboratory ambient temperature and velocity field was simulated standing on ensure the temperature,speed of the aie stability and uniformity of the main processing zone. This paper then analyzed the feasibility of energy conservation.According to the basic profile and cleanliness requirements of the laboratory, I designed a for climate control systems are designed and carried out after the completion of its inspection.At this stage, the cleanrooms with high demands of precision control mainly use hole-board ventilation with unidirectional flow to make sure that one-way flow, velocity uniformity and non-vortex in this air distribution. Due to the problem of big volume and high energy consumption, the hole-board ventilation may cause cooling capacity waste especially in heat concentrated area in indoor area. By comparing local hole-board ventilation simulation with full-scale hole-board ventilation simulation, the subject found that the system could save the energy with reducing air volume by using local hole-board ventilation. Air volume reduced by up to 30% and the energy of cooling capacity can be saved about 37.9%, the energy of reheating can be saved about 33.3%. After making the simulations to the local hole-board ventilation, the conclusion was made that the plates and the air outlets had a long distance do good to the system. Behind studying the temperature fluctuation of building envelope, local hole-board structure could ensure the temperature stability in working zone.In this study, by optimizing the airflow and temperature in the machining plane within the machining laboratory organization, uniformity of speed of analysis can provide reference for further to improve the precision machining.
