| In modern society, the energy crisis has been the concern of every country in the worldall the time. In order to cope with the global problems, our country put forward the conceptof sustainable development very early, in the current size of the cities, all kinds of commoncivil large buildings emerge in endlessly, from the perspective of energy saving, greenbuilding of high-rise public office plays an increasingly important role as the maincategories of public buildings in the city. China is in the preliminary stage of socialism, theresearch of green building of high-rise office began comparatively late, and all aspects arenot very mature yet, so this paper for green building technology research of high-riseoffice is particularly urgent.This paper takes Luan City Administrative Service Center real estate branch officeconstruction project as an example, and studies three aspects of green building of thispublic office building.First of all, from the perspective of green building outdoor wind environment, andreference to the outdoor wind environment requirements in green building evaluationstandard, the conclusion is that the wind environment of the public office building field isconducive to natural ventilation and satisfies the requirement of the comfort of pedestrianoutdoor activity in summer and transition seasons, the measures should be taken to ensurethe construction of wind energy in winter to reduce the heat loss by using PHOENICSsimulation analysis outdoor wind speed changes and air pressure of the public officebuildings in winter, summer and transition seasons.From the perspective of energy saving and energy consumption, the simulationanalysis for the high-rise office buildings were made. First, the simulation of the influenceof orientation and window-wall ratio on the energy consumption was made, it is concludedthat, the best building towards will not change with the change of window-wall ratio underthe condition of invariable window number of building fa ade and. In addition, the heatingenergy consumption and air conditioning energy consumption of the building aggrandizewith the increase of the window-wall ratio under the same towards. Second, energyconsumption of palisade structure was mainly calculated in energy saving scheme, andcompared with reference building in the public building energy efficiency design standardsof Anhui province, the results showed that taking reasonable energy saving measures forpalisade structure can achieve the goal of the construction of public building energyefficiency50%, which indicate that, energy-saving design of palisade structure is very important to reduce building energy consumption.From the perspective of indoor temperature and humidity, the temperature andhumidity of the outdoor and office building under different were actual tested by wirelesstemperature and humidity inspection instrument, and we got the temperature and humiditychanges of indoor and outdoor in24hours. Compared with software to simulation results,it is concluded that the palisade structure in the office building has good heat preservationand heat insulation performance, and the relative humidity of indoor remain in a relativelystable which is advantageous to let office staff feel comfortable.This paper bases on Luan City Administrative Service Center real estate branch officebuilding, study the suitability of the green building technology from the above three aspects,which provides the reference for the application of green building technology of similaroffice building with the same climatic regions, it is conducive to the green buildingtechnology’s application and popularization of high rise office building in the region. |
