Electronically controlled hydraulic braking system is based on the traditional automotive braking system on the development comes with a compact, the advantages of quick reactions, have become major trends braking areas. The electronically controlled hydraulic brake tester is to test the performance of electrically controlled hydraulic braking system is an important platform for good or bad, so the test bed environment in the braking process for data collection and analysis is an important process of testing, this process will find defects during braking systems, and promptly corrected.In view of the requirement of signal acquisition test bench, this article has carried on the related research, designed a electric hydraulic signal acquisition system, first introduced the overall design ideas and working principle, and then analyzes the hydraulic brake test bench will have which parameters in the process of change, and to evaluate these parameters change characteristics and range, and then made the signal collection of complete system solutions, including the selection of sensors, the system hardware circuit structure design and production, related software system design and debugging, etc.,according to the collected data, the braking process of hydraulic brake system were analyzed, and the conclusion.Firstly paper introduce the hardware circuit part of the system in detail, including the temperature signal detection circuit, signal detection circuit, hydraulic pressure and Angle of signal detection circuit, power conversion circuit and PIC single chip microcomputer control circuit, etc. At the same time, introduces the design concept of each circuit structure and parameters of the circuit and the calculation method of comparing with other similar circuit, what are the advantages and defects, and further improvement method. Then, the paper introduces the underlying software and software design scheme of sensor collected physical signal after converting the need to do further processing, including amplification filter, analog-to-digital conversion, signal transmission and display of upper machine and so on. The author designed a set of the most simple, reliable and flexible program structure, including the PIC microcontroller AD conversion module procedures, serial transmission, c#PC display program, etc.Finally,debugger the completely signal acquisition system, and install to brake experiment site work, after many repeated experiment, verify the correctness of the system design, circuit of the safety and reliability, and analyze the data collected by the comparison, the final conclusion is put forward.
