Portable Spectrum Based On Linear Ccd Acquisition System Design And Implementation

The application ranges of Modern spectral instrument are more and more widely, and its function is no longer confined to the traditional chemical composition analysis. Miniature, portable, intelligence has become the trends of modern spectral instrument. As the most important part of spectral instrument, spectrum acquisition system’s performance decided the spectral instrument’s function. Therefore, the quality of spectrum acquisition system becomes an important part of the whole spectral instrument.Based on the structure of spectral instrument and the trends of the development of spectral instrument, a portable spectrum acquisition system proposed in this dissertation. Spectral acquisition system’s hardware schematics and printed circuit board based on the linear array CCD (Charge-coupled Device Charge Coupled Device) also introduced in the dissertation. The system hardware and software is degugged, results show that the integrity of the system functions.the system use Toshiba’s linear CCD chip TCD1208AP, altera’s CPLD chip(Complex Programmable Logic Device) EPM7064SLC44-10(which driver linear CCD to work),TI’s analog to digital chip ADS830,and data buff chip IDT7205to realize the portable spectrum acquisition system. Under the condition of Quartus9.0SP1and Keil C51, use hardware description language (VHDL) and C to realize the software system design. The spectral characteristics are show as spectral curve on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and computer.The dissertation also discusses the linear CCD drive timing and spectral data compression.The test results show that the system can collect the spectral data and display the spectral curve normally.
