The Post Occupancy Evaluation Research On Waterfront Ribbon Park

City waterfront ribbon park, as the waters and land border, is important green corridor in urban, is the integrated embodiment of its natural landscape and human landscape, with a strong opening and unique hydrophilicity, is the most charming and attractive area in the city. However, many designers pay more attention to aesthetic meaning but lack of focus on users’ behavior and psychological needs, lead to many contradictions and conflicts between the user and waterfront park environment.Taking Minjiang Park as an example, this paper applies the method of POE, study from the consumer demand and behavior characteristics and the city belt park post occupancy. Through observing and analyzing the Minjiang Park users and its activities with questionnaire survey and interviews, observation and analysis were carried out on typical space, put forward the reform suggestions for each typical space problems,analyze and summe up the park users characteristics and use characteristics evaluation, combined with the semantic differential scale method, evaluate the Minjiang Park post occupancy comprehensively, summarize the existing problems and shortcomings, and analyzes the causes, puts forward improvement suggestions,1.According to the different age group needs, setting the corresponding space;2. On the construction of unified planning, rational distribution, increase the number of, coordination with the surrounding environment, can reflect the regional culture;3. Care of the disabled and other special groups to use, barrier free design;4. Based on the city culture, creating regional characteristics;5.Create a variety space, rich diversity of activities;6. Attention to detail design, carries on the transformation to the gaming facilities, rest facilities, sanitation facilities etc.7. Combined with the community culture, to carry out a wide range of cultural activities;8. Optimizing the management, maintenance of parks and gardens in order,-protect the safety of tourists, also for commercial development and reasonable.
