Growing shortage of energy have a higher requirement on saving energy. There is a lot ofrenewable energy generated in the course conditions of the elevator, that will achieve asignificant energy-saving effect if this energy can be recycled. Since the motor consumesmost of the power of elevator to drive the elevator car, and therefore the focus of elevatorenergy saving should study motor system energy saving.This paper through a comprehensive analysis and comparison on the DC motor and ACmotor energy recovery process under different power provisions, forming the unified motorenergy recover theory about the motor system with the characteristics of the DC bus,one isstore regenerated electric power in the storage means, releasing the electric energy whenrequired; another method is return the regenerated electric power to grid by the inverterdevice.Recovering regenerated energy stored in the super capacitor, this paper researched thecore of the energy recovery system-the regenerative energy recovery main circuit topology,and then build a simple system for the test of energy recovery circuit.Renewable energy inverters for the grid connection, in order to research this method inthe laboratory environment, the paper focuses on building the renewable energy recoverysystems simulation platform,and have a detailed description both hardware and softwareabout energy feedback device。The test results prove the correctness and validity of the testplatform system in motor regenerative energy grid-connected testing research.
