Half a century ago, the first computer was born. Until now it has become an indispensable part of human life, and was stepping into a higher level. Soon afterward, the emergence of computer simulation technique help people to solve a lot of scientific research problem, such as data visualization simulation technology. Furthermore, it makes the computing data be intuitive in front of the researchers. Green planning design and architectural design has become the current hot topic, with the global climate warming and the destruction of the resource environment and scarce, human pay more and more attention to construction of environmental protection and low carbon. People chase after in both hands for designing rational layout of low carbon energy saving planning environment and architecture.The current green design is mainly based on using and modifying the existing and traditional architectural design, then to employ another green building design team to validate and improve the traditional design mode, As a result, a great deal of manpower was required due to a large amount of information capacity.Yunnan is located in a temperate area in the thermal partitions of China. The Yungui plateau has its own climate characteristics. Taking Anning city delicate warm springs boutique hotel planning and design for example, his article analyzed the basis of climate and site wind environment, architectural design portfolio strategy of the micro climate in this area.In the process of planning and design of the planning scheme, factors including the wind environment, planning visibility, and sun track and shadows which have a direct impact on the planning metric in the validation and analysis are improved. Through the simulation of the whole process of design and validation, this paper assess and improve the building comfort which have not reached full excellent indicators in site planning and find an efficient and scientific designing method suiting Yunnan mountainous region at last. With the help of ECOTET and CFD solver, the wind environment, solar radiation, visibility, shadows and plant configuration which affect the mountainous region planning are analyzed. Finally, an optimized scheme is made to ensure the individual building meet the comfort requirements. Compared with the current way, which is carried out first from the program design to green assessment, then back to the re-optimization, the visualization simulation software ECOTET, associated with plug-ins and solver, could realize the fundamental analysis for the scheme in one model and is a much more efficient method. At last, from the point of the regional planning and architectural design, the general law of the climate characteristic of Yunnan Anning was summarized, which offers some reference for the future.
