The over-exploitation and construction of mankind has led to environmental degradation,resource shortages and changes in global climate,and construction is one of the main causes of the above phenomenon.With the development of China's economy,urbanization is expected to exceed 60% in 2020,and the rapid development of urbanization will bring great challenges to human life environment.Since 2008,the green building has become the construction industry to reduce energy and reduce the development of environmental pollution,has made great progress.However,due to the vast territory of China,different climate zones on the application of green technology there are still many problems on the green technology life cycle performance related research is not enough,resulting in the public and developers of green building awareness there are many errors,affecting the green technology Effective selection in green building design.Based on the above background,this paper quantifies the LCCO2 and LCC of green technology.Taking the green residential building in Hubei Province as an example,this paper studies the effective selection of green technology in the green building.This paper collects the data of 35 residential quarters which have been appraised by Hubei area:(1)Finishing information,access to green residential buildings in Hubei commonly used green technology;(2)Based on <the green building price standard >(GB50378-2014),the green energy saving technologies related to carbon emissions were selected to provide the research object for the calculation and verification;(3)Life cycle performance of green technologies: LCCO2,LCC;(4)The green technology in the total carbon emissions reduction in the total(Analytic Hierarchy Process),to get the priority of each green technology(W*T/C);(5)Through the actual case to verify whether the priority of green technology in the planning stage is consistent with the theoretical calculation.The results show that the weight values of energy saving,material saving,water saving,land and outdoor environment and indoor environment are calculated as follows: 0.4592?0.2498?0.0024?0.0948?0.0838,which is based on the evaluation basis of LCCO2 and LCC;By calculating the carbon cost(W * T / C)of each green technology,the green technology optimization of green residential building in Hubei area is ranked as follows: passive technology priority,technology and other technologies,and finally to active technology optimization.Through this research and analysis,to guide designers in the planning stage of targeted selection of green technology,to reduce carbon emissions,the role of environmental protection.
