Production scheduling has been the core of the workshop manage, An effectivescheduling system or optimization technology is the basis for advanced manufacturing andalso the key to improve the production efficiency. But a good complete scheduling systemdefinitely not only deal with static data, he also needs to produce changes or when themachine fails to come up with a timely and effective response options in the data. Theworkshop in reality difficult to timely and effective solution to this problem.Shop scheduling problem is a real-time data has been huge complex problem, bothfrom timely access to data and effective data processing aspects, all we need to continue toexplore the subject, in order to solve business management background information behindthe workshop, the real-time not timely data updates and other issues, the papermanufacturing and processing workshop ordinary background,the use of RFID forreal-time data acquisition functions, research and design collaborative scheduling systembased on RFID real-time information, and made according to the specific dynamicscheduling problem related solutions.This design collaborative scheduling system RFID real-time information. includingdata acquisition module, information query and processing module and productionscheduling module. In order to fully play the role of the scheduling system, an effectivereal-time information processing workshop, the paper details how to use RFID technologyto quickly obtain the workshop schedule information, the information passed to colleaguesscheduling system for processing to achieve timely online optimization.On this basis, the paper shop for a specific description of the dynamic schedulingproblem, give a specific mathematical model shop dynamic scheduling is proposed greedy algorithm, and on this basis, given the system’s hardware simulation and functionalimplementation.and make the simulation on dynamic scheduling approach for the system’sin the Microsoft Visual C++6.0development environment, and verify that the systemreflects the timeliness and effectiveness of handling dynamic data.
