At present,spacecraft development mainly focuses on discrete design and processing and single piece small batch production.It has the characteristics of high product quality requirements and strict production cycle.At the same time,it also has higher requirements for the development cycle.This requirement has brought great challenges to aerospace manufacturing enterprises.The manufacturing workshop of aerospace manufacturing enterprises needs the flexibility of equipment and process to meet the current needs.In the flexible manufacturing workshop,through the combination of existing production resources in the production workshop,workshop scheduling forms a dynamic and real-time flexible scheduling scheme to guide production,improve workshop production efficiency and resource utilization,and plays an extremely important role in workshop production.To solve this problem,this paper takes the precision manufacturing workshop of an aerospace unit as the background to carry out the research on dynamic scheduling under flexible production workshop.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Recommendation of metal component processing scheme in flexible workshop.Aiming at the process flexibility of the actual processing process route in the production and processing process,the mean hash algorithm is used to extract the image features and compare the differences between the product design view of the product to be processed and the product view of the processed product,so as to determine the processed product with the highest similarity with the product to be processed and the actual processing process And output,so as to achieve the effect of efficiently dealing with the flexibility of processing technology.(2)Prediction of working hours of metal components in flexible workshop.Aiming at the problem of unstable prediction results of working hours during scheduling,a working hour prediction model based on expert experience value is designed by using the idea of analytic hierarchy process,which solves the problem of unstable prediction of working hours in the process of scheduling and scheduling,and achieves the goal of different scheduling personnel for the scheduling and scheduling results in the same production cycle Unified effect.(3)Production scheduling algorithm for flexible metal parts in flexible workshop.Aiming at the problem that the scheduling result is not timely response to disturbance events and the scheduling time is long,a multi-objective optimization hybrid genetic algorithm is designed,which improves the utilization ratio and production efficiency of workshop production resources.At the same time,a scheduling strategy is designed to deal with all kinds of disturbance events occurring at present.The adaptive adjustment of initial scheduling scheme improves the quality of workshop scheduling and reduces the time-consuming of scheduling.(4)Design and implementation of metal component production scheduling prototype system.According to the research results of the above three modules,the corresponding scheduling prototype system is designed and developed.The research results are verified by comprehensive experiments with corresponding scheduling cases.The efficiency and feasibility of the corresponding algorithms,the innovations and scheduling rules are verified. |
