Urbanization is the measure of a country and area developed degree of importantsymbol, new urbanization is a new stage of development of urbanization. Development hasentered a new period of urbanization in China, need to change the development ofurbanization, while maintaining the speed, to pay more attention to "people-oriented". Thispaper, taking62counties in anhui province as an example, analyses the problems ofurbanization in anhui province, found that there are significant difference of regionalurbanization, population urbanization in anhui province urbanization lagged behind the landurbanization, the province beyond the obvious characteristics of urbanization, populationurbanization lags behind, the county infrastructure configuration function remains to bestrengthen.In this article, through the analysis of current situation of urbanization in anhui provincecharacteristics, summarizes the problems existing in the new urbanization in anhui province,based on the theoretical analysis of the new urbanization in reviewing new urbanizationlevel and the existing research methods, on the basis of the social urbanization, economyurbanization, population urbanization, the urban construction of urbanization and ecologicalenvironment five aspects of urbanization established a new evaluation index system ofurbanization level, the selection of anhui province in2002and2012, two years of data, thecharacteristics of time and space differences of counties in the new urbanization level inanhui province was analyzed, and the results show that the spatial distribution of populationurbanization level and economic urbanization change is not obvious, social urbanizationlevel, the urban construction of urbanization and ecological environment of urbanizationlevel spatial distribution change is bigger. And using the factors of contribution rate tomeasure the county five factors on the influence of the new urbanization level. County newoverall quality of urbanization in anhui province shows the trend of polarization; Along thehuai county new axis of historical mission development generally high levels of urbanization;Anhui northwest and southwest of anhui county new urbanization level is generally low.County in anhui province urbanization level from2002to2012new county new east westhigh low urbanization level of space distribution, north south reduction increased trend; Atlast, through the above analysis, the classification of county urbanization levels increase new strategic Suggestions were put forward.
