| Tourism has already become a strategic pillar industry of national economy,global tourism development policies implemented by the country in the new period,to our country tourism development in the industry as a whole and quality improvement aspects put forward higher requirements,and the county units as the global tourism development main battlefield,the scenic area is inadequate development disequilibrium phenomenon.From the perspective of the development of global tourism,through the coordinated development of the scenic area capacity index evaluation and spatial analysis,to study the spatial correlation and development path,is conducive to scientific grasp the development of the tourism scenic area,the development of global tourism quality related research,and provide theoretical reference for global tourism development with high quality.Global tourism and scenic spots in the coordination,collaborative development related research results on the basis of combing,to global tourism to create a national demonstration zone Xuan city Jingxian county in Anhui province as an empirical case,through field investigation and data collection clear Jingxian county tourism industry development and characteristics of scenic spot resources and supported by synergetics theory and spatial spillover theory,The evaluation index system of synergistic development ability was constructed by analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,and the scenic spots were classified according to the capacity values by using the natural discontinuity point method.Meanwhile,the spatial autocorrelation characteristics of the whole and local scenic spots were analyzed by using the Geo Da software system,and the spatial competition and cooperation relationship and influencing factors of the synergistic capacity of Jingxian scenic spots were comprehensively analyzed.This paper clarifies the practical problems in the collaborative development of scenic spots from the perspective of holistic tourism and finally puts forward the collaborative development path of Jingxian scenic spots.The following conclusions are drawn:（1）As an important spatial entity in the development of tourism in the whole region,tourist scenic spots play a key role in promoting the economic development of tourism resource-based counties.The spatial analysis linkage measurement method of regional research can be used for reference to study the spatial heterogeneity and correlation between tourist scenic spots in the county.（2）The evaluation index system of collaborative development capacity of scenic spots was established,which was composed of economic exchange capacity,transportation accessibility capacity,service facilities support capacity,tourism resources capacity and scenic area radiation capacity.The measurement classification and spatial autocorrelation analysis of collaborative development capacity of 13 A-level scenic spots in Jing County were carried out.The results show that the spatial effect of the synergistic development of tourist attractions is characterized by high heterogeneity,low agglomeration and spillover on the whole,and there are certain spatial agglomeration characteristics and potential linkage relations in some parts,forming five types of synergistic development tourism circles,namely,the economic and service facilities synergy circle with the Zhaji scenic spots as the core.The tourism resource synergy circle and traffic synergy circle are centered on the Martyrs’ Cemetery of southern Anhui Incident,and the scenic reputation synergy circle is centered on the Chinese Xuan Paper Cultural Park.（3）Put forward development suggestions from the perspective of regional tourism development from the four dimensions of spatial organization coordination,infrastructure coordination,support system coordination and policy guarantee coordination.In terms of spatial coordination,a spatial organization system of driving the development of core scenic spots,coordinating and cooperating with scenic spots,and connecting scenic corridors into rings should be constructed.In terms of infrastructure coordination,differentiated service supply of the same type of scenic spots,whole-area tourism service supporting focus of core scenic spots,and group tourism service upgrading of scenic spots.On the support system,strengthen the construction of tourism transportation system and information technology exchange.In terms of policy guarantee,the cooperative guarantee mechanism of multiple subjects should be established,and the coordination guarantee system of cultural and tourism platforms,market operation mechanism and tourism assessment and supervision mechanism should be improved.In the future research on the synergistic development of region-wide tourism,the accuracy and integrity of the indicator system of the synergistic development capacity of scenic spots should be improved,the understanding of the development of ecotourism in scenic spots should be strengthened,and the development of tourism in the post-epidemic era should be paid attention to,so as to provide more accurate guidance for the highquality development of
