Stepper motor as a kind of digital pulse motor, because of its simple control, thecharacteristics of easy to implement, has been applied in many fields of control.Three-phase hybrid stepping motor as a kind of stepping motor, can drive the change ofimplement multiple steps from the Angle of the output, so is widely used in the steppermotor.This paper expounds the working principle of three-phase hybrid stepping motor,given its position transfer function model in a three-phase hybrid stepping motor rotorposition as accused of output, in front of the closed loop control strategy is used, the first tothe traditional controller of three-phase hybrid stepping motor position control system,including: the classical PID controller of fuzzy PID controller and the sliding modevariable structure controller, carries on the analysis and design, through the simulation tothe controller compares the dynamic quality of control system, consisting of one of thesliding mode variable structure controller response time the shortest, overshoot volume issmaller, but the steady state error is bigger, namely, quickness, best accuracy needs to beimproved.Secondly, in order to improve the traditional controller for a three-phase hybridstepping motor position control system response time is longer, the steady-state error isbigger, the imperfection of the anti-interference of the faults, design an improved indexreaching rate of the sliding mode variable structure controller, which is applied to thethree-phase hybrid stepping motor position control system, the system response time wasimproved, but after entering the steady-state system to produce a larger deviation and chattering, and cannot eliminate chattering, between the improved sliding mode variablestructure controller to control system instability caused by the faults, this article alsodesigned a controller based on sliding mode and fuzzy control, it is using the integralelement in the fuzzy PID controller can eliminate the steady-state error of the properties.Verified by simulation, the two compared with the traditional sliding mode variablestructure controller, the controller based on improved index reaching rate of the slidingmode variable structure control for three-phase hybrid stepping motor position controlsystem has good quickness, based on sliding mode and fuzzy controller of three-phasehybrid stepping motor position control system has good accuracy.Finally, in order to give full play to the advantages of these two controllersrespectively, this paper designed a kind of switching controller based on these two kinds ofnew type of controller, namely when the big deviation control system use the improvedsliding mode variable structure controller with better rapidity, when the deviation is small,use the sliding mode with better accuracy and verified by the simulation of the fuzzycontroller, the design of the actual response of the control system is consistent withexpected response, the design of the controller has strong feasibility.
