In view of the stepping motor servo control system is relatively high cost,the complexity of the control situation, this paper takes single-chip microcomputer as the control core,with L297and L298N as the driver chip,design a two-phase hybrid stepping motor servo control sysytem.The controller with Keil as the programming platform, with the Proteus joint simulation, to achieve start or step, acceleration and deceleration, clockwise rotation and counter-clockwise rotation control,and through the LCD to accomplish real-time display of stepping motor state.The main content of this paper is listed as follows:1)According to the requirements of the topic,to analyze two-phase hybrid stepping motor structure and working principle.In terms of the particularity of the stepping motor work,uses L297and the L298N chip to design special driving circuit of the stepping motor,in order to more effectively to drive the stepping motor,and acquire good performance.2)To design based on the single-chip hardware circuit of the stepping motor servo controller,complete to compiles.of the software program,and adopting Proteus and Keil uVision2to joint simulation,the system simulation is debugging.3)Adopting Protel to design for PCB diagram of the system,to accomplish the makeing process of system hardware,and achieve system installation and debugging.4)Through the simulation test,verified the hardware circuit and software program, for the production of hardware provides a good theoretical basis.The experimental results show that the control method can effectively improve the system operating efficiency and degree of automation systems,for stepping motor servo controller reference design.
