Since the commercial and civil building is increasing, the power of water pump mustbe improved to meet the increase of higher equipment power. However the increase makesthe pump power demand is higher and higher, the vibration noise reduction is imminent.Water pump test bench is used as the research object, and set up by using the four-poleparameters method. Combined with method of power flow and NORTON equivalencetheory, the system power flow can be worked out both in the damping and withoutdamping situation. From the granular and viscoelastic damping perspective, influencefactors of two kinds of damping is analyzed respectively, then finding the best solution forvibration noise reducing. Compared with the two plan to find the best and optimized it.The characteristics of particle partial damping are analyzed by the discrete element method.Doing the experiment of vibration noise reduction for water pump by partial damping, andthen analyzing the vibration reduction in the situation of different parts size、filling rate、distribution form and mass ratio. The experimental results show that: the smaller part sizeis, the better vibration reduction result can be got, the more number of the separated is, thebetter vibration reduction result can be got. With the speed of filling rate rising, velocityamplitude firstly reduces and then rise. For the water pump corners lay is better thanaverage laying for vibration noise reduction. In order to verify whether the research iscorrect or not, Single motivate different fill rates set up by using the theory of fractionalderivative free attenuation of the simulation case pump system. According to the research,vibration reduction effect of partial damping firstly rise and then reduce with the filter ratioincreasing, which is the same with the research result. Analyzing the influence factorsof elastic damping material, then loss factor formula of free damping and constraineddamping can be worked out. At the same time, the vibration reduction effect can be proved by padding viscoelastic damping materials under the spring vibration isolator. After the3dmodel of water pump motor system establishment, according to the modal analysis, findingthe heavily vibration position of water pump system in the working process, and dampingmaterial can be padded on that position to solve the vibration and noise problem. Finally,the most effect pan can be provided.
