Hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinder as an important element in hydraulictransmission system, can be combined together with other devices to completecomplicated mechanical movement. With the continuous improvement of science andtechnology, hydraulic transmission system is becoming much higher to the requirementof automatic control. Hydraulic pump as an important motivation mechanism, hydrauliccylinder as an important actuator, both in the hydraulic transmission and control systemperformance of detection is particularly important. The purpose of this paper is aimed ataccurate measurement and control method of hydraulic integrated test-bed systemparameters and the testing technology in-depth analysis of hydraulic components.Based on the data acquisition and monitoring control system of this theory as thefoundation of hydraulic measurement and control technology are expounded, and thedevelopment trend of measurement and control method of hydraulic components andsystem are analyzed, and the hydraulic comprehensive test bench test principle hascarried on the detailed research, including the principle of hydraulic pump testing system,the hydraulic cylinder test system and the principle of ultra-high pressure test system.Measurement and control system for hydraulic integrated test bed of research, the maintask is to achieve the function of data acquisition, data processing system, and completeautomatic control of the computer system. Through the upper industrial controlprogramming, combined with the data acquisition card, complete the system of analogincluding pressure, flow, temperature, rotational speed and torque of the parameters, suchas data acquisition, data processing and graphic display. Based on the research ofcomputer and programmable logic controller communication, realize the hydraulicexperiment of computer automatic control. Programming software design system usingVB6.0by use of the human-computer interaction interface, only need simple operationcan complete test functions. Take various measures to improve the anti-interferenceability, make the system more accurate data acquisition parameters. As a case study of hydraulic pump test illustrates the working process of the hydraulic integrated test rigmeasurement and control system.From the perspective of the running condition and measurement results of test, thehydraulic comprehensive test rig measurement and control system can complete dataacquisition, data processing and the computer automatic control system of the target,greatly improve the test precision of the integrated hydraulic test bench system,intelligent and automation degree, improve the efficiency of the measurement and control,for hydraulic components detection provides a universal and effective test method.
