Design And Development Of Mechanical Structure And Hydraulic Control Part Of Hydraulic Cylinder Comprehensive Performance Test

Taken as the important means of operating reliability and environmental adaptability detecting during the product life cycle, a hydraulic cylinder comprehensive performance test bench is a key link to enhance the quality. Nowadays, backward performance test bench restricts the development of the hydraulic cylinder technology in our country severely.Firstly, the state-of-the-art of hydraulic cylinder performance test bench was researched and analysed and the current problems were identified. Aimed at the specifications of the designed hydraulic cylinder test bench of the enterprise, the overall design was proposed, which including the overall structural design, the comprehensive performance test method design which countering hydraulic cylinder’s full life cycle, and the key technology research.Then, the mechanical structure and hydraulic control parts of this test bench were designed and developed detailedly. Based on the finite element analysis results of the the tested hydraulic cylinder under lateral force, a lateral force test device was designed and developed for the specific requirements of the enterprise. Considered the hydraulic cylinder’s installation, movement and load, a test bench’s mechanical structure was designed and the strength check and deflection analysis of its key components were carried out to ensure the reliability of the test bench. Moreover, modular hydraulic manifold blocks were designed and developed. A rational layout for pump stations and valve stations was carried out. It eliminated the difficulties for access, leaks and other problems. Finally, the work of processing, assembly and construction for this hydraulic cylinder comprehensive performance test bench prototype was conducted.This design has great significance for the improvement of the hydraulic cylinder test device and the standard of hydraulic cylinder test method. It will play an important role in the enterprises, such as improving of the hydraulic cylinder product quality, seizing the changing domestic and international market, and enhancing the competitiveness.
