The boiler thermodynamic calculation is the foundation of the boiler design, there is a large number of loop iteration and logical judgment in the calculation process, the traditional manual calculation is not only inefficient, but also the accuracy is not high. The popularity of computer improve the efficiency and accuracy of calculation greatly, but as the type of boiler furnace becomes complicated and flexible, boiler design software has to face the higher demands, which has to meet more types of furnaces as far as possible and have strong versatility and portability, therefore the boiler modular calculation arises at the historic moment。Based on the boiler modular calculation as the research object, the paper develop a modular calculation platform named Caling and complete the construction of the boiler heat transfer model. Specific tasks of this paper are as follows:The paper develops the modular calculation platform on the platform of Visual stutio2010using the C#successfully. The Caling mainly contains three programs:the program on model configuration the program on algorithm development and the program on algorithm debugging. The program on model configuration is the kernel program of the Caling platform, the main function includes the building and calculation of the model, the recording and analysis of the data. The program on algorithm development provides the function of the algorithm module editing, which is convenient for users to develop new algorithms. The program on algorithm debugging is developed to help boiler designer who is not good at computer, which can ensure the universality of platform further."Caling" is driven and calculated by "pump", which can realize periodic calculation of the model and improve the traditional heat transfer calculation process, the process removes the step of the assumption of the unknown quantity and calculate the next round with the data of this round. After the process is improved, the algorithm of furnace can convergence stably, the algorithm of the convection heating surface can also convergence stably after improved, both the results are accurate. The improved process removes loop iteration and logical judgment of the heat transfer process and reduces the workload of programmingThe paper developed the basic modules and boiler algorithm modules on the Caling platform. Basic module includes50basic functional modules and20mathematical algorithm modules, the utilization rate of these modules is high in the in the in the process of model building, these modules can be used in the construction of a new model, to enhance the generality of the platform. The modules of boiler algorithm include the module of furnace、the module of convection heat exchanger、 the module of plate heat exchanger and the module of air preheater.The paper builds the model of the boiler heat transfer with the existing modules according to the process of the flue gas in the boiler, and starts the calculation. The calculation of the boiler model can convergence quickly, compared with the existing design data, the result is accurate and suggests that platform can realize the boiler modular calculation. Finally, the paper does the anti-interference test to the model, and finds that the model will be divergent and cannot automatically convergence. We take measures of setting "coal consumption" as the fixed value firstly, then calculating,the system will be stable again.
