Due to the coal distribution and economic development does not match very much,at the same time the lack of transport capacity leads to the fact that the coal fired in power plants faces a variety of coal types which is different with the coal designed the indexes such as calorific values?volatiles?sulfurs?ashes?ash-flusions also have big differences in coals from different places.So properties of a single coal rarely fulfills the demands of different consumers.Blending coal is the technology which is based on the coals with varies qualities.By making up the deficiencies mutually,it can meet the requirements of stability of boiler combustion and reducing emissions,finally meet the needs of power plant.So far,the power plants do not have the measuring method in the elemental analysis?the ignition and burnout characteristics of the coal.Author makers use the neural network technology to solve these problems.In the paper,BP Neural Network is selected as tool for modeling.The coal's industrial analysis and elemental analysis?the ignition and burnout characteristics are respectively set as the neural network model's input and out.Respectively the elemental composition of coal,coal burning characteristics and coal quality prediction model of burnout characteristics are established,and the models have enough precision and can be satisfactory to the engineering application.The boiler thermodynamic calculation of mixed coal combustion performance prediction has important guiding significance.Based on Visual C++,the author develop a general software of the thermodynamic calculation for boilers.A 660MW ultra supercritical once-through boiler is selected as the research object.The author sets the boiler as the thermal calculation model.The verifying results indicate application effect of this model is good.To make thermodynamic calculation match the real boiler,puts forward the boiler heating surface fouling coefficient correction model and modeling method,and the validity of the model is verified by calculation example.The paper analyzes the existing models about coal blending and raises a coal blending model optimization by genetic algorithm which based on thermal calculation,optimizing coal blending algorithm based on genetic algorithm is given and a calculation example.The model is aimed at the lowest cost of fuel,and considering the characteristics of fire,burning coal and power plant actual operation conditions of constraints,finally overcomes the deficiency of the current commonly used dynamic coal blending mathematical model.
