The traffic noise accompanied with the rapid development of urban transportation has leaded to serious problems. Traffic noise reduction gradually emphasized by scientists. Aiming to probe into the denoise character and model by Sophora japonica linn treelawn, this study chose a Sophora japonica linn treelawn as experimental subject, to perform the researches on noise attenuation in summer and winter. The results revealed that:(1) On the whole, eight Sophora japonica linn institutional forest have a good reduction effect to500Hz,2000Hz,4000Hz noise and have a bad reduction effect to1000Hz,125Hz,8000Hz in summer. The part below2.5m have the biggest reduction value for500Hz noise. The part above3m have the biggest reduction value for2000Hz and4000Hz noise.(2) The sound wave haven’t occurred chaos reflection, interference and refraction phenomenon rang17m from21m apart from sound source in the institutional forest. Approximatively, consider the sound wave will steady weaken with the increase of the distance in order.(3) Successful establish the spatial noise reduction model of Sophora japonica linn treelawn apart from sound source exceed17m in summer.
