Along with the social and economical unceasing development, the city road alread gradually formed the quite perfect three-dimensional system, the road network density has increased unceasingly, the numbers of each kind of vehicles grew day by day. Although the city highway traffic infrastructure more and more consummates, the traffic noise pollution assumes the aggravation tendency, specially path both sides existence quite serious strong traffic noise radiation phenomenon. Therefore, adopts the effective action reduction highway traffic noise pollution, will maintain the road good sound environment will be the urgent matter along the route.The present paper take the domestic and foreign research theory and the method as a foundation, has carried on the analysis to the Changzhi road surface condition and the highway traffic noise relations, aimed at pavement thickness and the road surface material level percentage of voids two most main parameters with emphasis has carried on the spectral analysis to the noise reduction effect influence, has indicated the pavement thickness is 40mm, when the road surface material level percentage of voids was situated between between 15%-20%, the low noise asphalt coagulation earthen road pavement noise reduction effect is best.Perhaps the city afforestation belt really in reducts noise to people's visual esthetic feeling itself, however the city pattern is specially in the road both sides space permission situation, the planter vegetation configuration and the structure level reasonable afforestation belt will reduce the traffic noise pollution to be able to be the most actual preventing and controlling measure.This article separately has conducted the research to the Changzhi five green spaces and five afforested forest belt noise reduction effects, the green space vegetation configuration, the structure level (width, highly and lamination) and factors and so on different growth situation has directly decided the green space noise reduction effect quality; Simultaneously made the different afforested forest belt to reduct noise the total decrement and measures the decrement the contrast analysis, obtained the afforested forest belt noise reduction effect and the afforested forest belt width is proportional the relations, was in reverse proportion the relational conclusion with the afforested forest belt horizontal visibility.And uses the video frequency examination technology examination path traffic flow magnitude independently to design the experiment, separate-ly the traffic flow magnitude and the traffic noise relations has made the analysis to three kind of different monitor conditions under, has analyzed the traffic flow magnitude and the traffic noise diagram of curves practical significance.Simultaneously has also discussed between the traffic noise and the traffic flow magnitude whether has the linear relations the possibility, finally indicated:Between the plot in the scope both may become the approximate linear relations.
