The time of three actions (promotion, discharge, fall) of domestic ZL50loader is14-18seconds, and it is longer than that of the same type loaders in foreign countries by2-4seconds. This study by building ZL50Loader mechanical model is to simulate cycle from the device into materials digging, lifting, unloading to decline and analyze their movements and stress state in each of the sessions.The study want to explore effective way of lowering working cycle time of loader working device.First, the study established structural mechanics model of working device by conducting a comprehensive entity mapping for the ZL50Loader.Second, the study analyzed the forces applied to loader working device and four different conditions that may occured during the insertion and rising (only horizontal direction symmetry, only vertical direction symmetry, both horizontally and vertically directions symmetry and neither horizontal nor vertical directions symmetrical conditions). And the study calculated three resistance of loader working device:inserting resistance, breakout resistance and material gravity according to the formula insertion.Third, the study established dynamic model and hydraulic system model in two different software, and make a co-simulation model by connecting interface module. The study gained curves of thrust, velocity, displacement,pressure of loader lift arm and rock arm cylinder over time. The study drawed a conclusion that by analyzing these curves time of a duty cycle is17.5seconds.Fourth, the study found the cause of ZL50Loader inefficiency, and optimize the thickness of the lift arm and connection point between lift arm and lift arm cylinder. The study obtained the minimum thickness of lift arm is57mm and the best point of coordinate lift arm and lift arm cylinder is (713,584)(with center point of lift arm and the machine frame as the coordinate origin, unit mm). The study got new curves above after the new co-simulation and the study analyzed the curves that explained work cycle time reduced2.1seconds.
