Asphalt as a based construction material, raw material and fuel has been widely applied in transportation, construction, agriculture, water conservancy project and industrial sectors.Traditional way of asphalt packing is mainly paper bags and iron drums, these packing methods have a lot of shortcomings. Paper bags, for example, when it was used, the paper bags adhere to asphalt easily, thereby causing asphalt loss and the paper bag after adhesion of asphalt is not easy to remove, it can only be burnt, resulting environmental pollution and the loss of the asphalt; Using iron drum as packaging barrel needed to be heated before use and the empty barrels recycling cost is high and also cause some problems such as corrosion, barrel deformation. It is desirable to prepare an one-time packaging materials, When it is used, the packaging material can melt with asphalt together and no negative effects in the nature, thus avoided the shortcomings of the traditional asphalt packaging materials brought, such as the heating stripping and higher cost and pollution.Oxidation asphalt was used as the main raw material in this study, through grafting modification oxidized asphalt to improve its compatibility with polymer PP, EVA, etc. In the blending system, Oxidation asphalt was used as the main raw material, PP and EVA as a polymer modifier, the filler will further improve the mechanical properties of the blend. In the blend, PP provide high softening point, while EVA is used to improve the toughness of the blend system, so as to blend as asphalt packing material with heat resistance and abrasion resistance. Made in this paper, Oxidized asphalt modified based on the different ratio of PP and EVA, the mechanical properties of blend was analyzed, so as to select the optimal ratio of foundation. Then, In this ratio, on the basis of analysis of different fillers on the properties of blend material to learn. Fillers including glass fiber, nano calcium carbonate, silicon powder, montmorillonite. In the end, the optimized proportion of oxidized asphalt:PP, EVA, nano-sized calcium carbonate=63:9:27:1, can make effective learning performance the best blend, blend the fracture strain can reach230%. The blending material by double thermal forming machine can produce bags,When it is used, the packaging material can melt with asphalt together and no negative effects in the nature, thus avoided the shortcomings of the traditional asphalt packaging materials brought, such as the heating stripping and higher cost and pollution.
