| The technology of maglev train is an important research subject in high technology area. Especially, with the developments and running of the high-speed maglev train on Shanghai, people are paying more and more attention to the technology of maglev train’s research and application.The gap sensor is a critical component of high-speed maglev train. The sensor calibration is a procedure to set the scale of the sensor, which is a crucial step before it is used.The thesis presents the gap sensor calibration system of high-speed maglev train consists of DSP (Digital Signal Processor) and FPGA (Field Programmable Gates Array).The system can realize the calibration of gap sensor.The thesis introduces the general design solution and specific hardware and software design work of the system. The main problem such as demodulation and data sending are discussed in detail. Some program code and emulate processing results are presented.Finally, some experiment has been done to validate the method, and some data are presented. Experiment shows that the system has the features of hard real time and high measuring precision which meets the requirement of the operating control system of high-speed maglev train. |
