On the background of high-speed maglev train,this thesis mainly studies the signal processing problem of position and speed measurement system for high-speed maglev train.Aiming at solving the problems of position and speed measurement in high-speed maglev train,the related theory and experiments are carried out.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:1.The principle of relative positioning sensor and the signal processing flow are introduced.The relationship between the inductance of the coil and the output signal is analyzed.The demodulation method of the sensor's analog signal is analyzed,and the comparison between demodulation of the early sensor based on the analog multiplier and that based on the analog switch are implemented.It is found that the demodulation based on analog switch has the advantages of high detection coefficient and simple circuit structure.2.The influence on position measurement of relative positioning sensor causing by the suspension fluctuation is discussed.The relationship between the suspension gap and the output signal of the sensor is analyzed.And the existing methods of solving the problem are compared.In this thesis,a suspension gap estimation algorithm based on adaptive filter is proposed,which compensates the output signal of the sensor and realizes the decoupling between position measurement and suspension gap.3.The influence of track joints on the processing of magnetic pole phase is analyzed,and the signals of relative positioning sensors and absolute positioning sensors are fused by multi-sensor fusion algorithm.A multi-sensor fusion algorithm based on adaptive weighted fusion is proposed to fuse the data from actual sensors and the RANSAC prediction models.It can solve the problem of distortion on magnetic pole phase when sensor passing through the track joints.At the same time,the reliability of other position signals is improved through the fusion method.4.The signal processing flow of the whole system is realized.The hardware and software of the relative position sensor and PRW unit are completed.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and system design,a ground test platform for position and speed measurement system is build.It's used to test and verify the hardware and software,which proved that the signal processing algorithms and scheme is feasible and effective.
