| The simulation detection and diagnosis technology of relative position detection sensor for EMS high speed maglev train is studied in this paper.A detection method based on equivalent load is proposed to simulate the working condition of the sensor on track.Aiming at the defect of detection method,three optimization methods are put forward and validated.Further more,KPCA is used for off-line fault detection and diagnosis of sensor.Finally,the equivalent load detection method and sensor fault diagnosis algorithm are implemented,and a set of off-line sensor test bench is designed and realized.The following is the main research contents:1.The equivalent inductance model of the sensor is established,and the equivalent load detection method is analyzed and verified.The load change method is designed to realize the simulation operation of the sensor under different suspension clearances and installation irregularities.2.The defect of equivalent load detection method are analyzed.The optimization methods of reducing minimum load resistance,changing coil coupling relationship and adding series capacitance are proposed and analyzed,the optimum method of adding capacitance is determined.3.The sensor fault is analyzed in this paper.The fault diagnosis method based on KPCA is introduced,and the SPE control limit is improved.Finally,KPCA is applied to fault detection and diagnosis of sensor,which is verified by simulation and experiment.4.The sensor detection method based on equivalent load and the sensor fault detection and diagnosis based on KPCA are implemented.A set of off-line sensor test platform is designed and implemented,including the mechanical structure,software and hardware system.Finally,the test platform realizes the sensor simulation detection and diagnosis. |
