In recent years, the greenhouse effect already caused widespread concern,correctevaluation the capacity of forest to fixation atmospheric CO2,the smaller scale of a region,aforest species of the carbon pools also becomes a very urgent. Phyllostachys edulis because ofits fast growth,CO2fixation ability,a powerful carbon sink function,alleviate the greenhouseeffect in a certain extent and attracted much attention. Based on standing biomassinventory,chemical analysis and otherwise in type forestland,the study has researched carbonstorage and Carbon and carbon fixation in Phyllostachys edulis plantation ecosystem in Anjiin Zhejiang province.The main results as follows:(1):The average carbon content in organs of Phyllostachys edulis in different ages were39.48%-49.58%.The value for branch(49.58%),stem(48.81%), leaf(45.54%), sheath(45.13%),bamboo stump(44.37%)and root(44.10%). Carbon content rate of bamboo leafwas highest. The soil organic carbon content of bamboo forest had a wide seasonalfluctuation,showed a bimodal trend. Carbon content of soil in surface layer(0-20cm) wasdifferent significantly from20-40cm.(2) The carbon storage order in Phyllostachys edulis was stem>sheath>cuttingrhizome>sheath root>branch>new rooting>new rhizome>cutting rhizome root>leaf. The soilorganic carbon storage was82.23t.hm-2in Phyllostachys edulis forest. Thee cosystem carbonstorage of Phyllostachys edulis forest was125.906.159t·hm-2. The soil carbon storageaccounted for65.77%,which was as1.97times as carbon storage of tree layer.The carbonstorage of tree layer was42.020t.hm-2, accounting for33.37%. The carbon storage of litterlayer was1.076t.hm-2, only accounting for0.86%.(3) The annual amount of litter fall was2.329t.hm2t·hm-2. The leaves were the maincomponent of the litter, accounting for95.34%of the total litter. After a year of decomposition,each component residual rate:bamboo leaf33.59%,branch69.82%,bamboo stump75.45%,sheath79.09%,thick root68.37%,fine root58.87%,the carbon content of each componentdecreased: leaf21.10%,branch10.57%,thick root12.97%,fine root13.18%,bamboo stump10.10%,sheath6.63%.The annual carbon storage of litter fall was0.068t·hm-2. Annual carbon emission ofground litter was0.0979t·hm-2·a-1. the underground of that was0.2964t·hm-2·a-1,the carbonemission of rhizome was maxium,which was0.2404t·hm-2·a-1,the carbon restitution of leaflitter was0.0979t·hm-2·a-1.(4)The total annual CO2fixation in Phyllostachys edulis ecosystem was12.669t·hm-2·a-1,equivalent to net carbon was3.455t·hm-2·a-1.The annual net primary production was3.366t·hm-2·a-1.
