Studies On Influence Of Two Kinds Of Sorbaria About Environmental Factors

In this study,the Sorbaria sorbifolia and Sorbaria kirilowii were taken as the object of trial.The seed germination characteristics were test to study the effect of the environments factors(temperature,light,soil water content,NaCl concentration) and storage time on seed germination. We could make a conclusion of the suitable germination factors and the suitable storage time so that to provide a scientific basis for the production.The results shows that:1、There is no germination of two kinds of Sorbaria below10℃.The Sorbaria sorbifolia could germinate in20℃,while the Sorbaria kirilowii could germinate in15℃.When the temperature is in25℃and30℃,the germination rates of Sorbaria sorbifolia are94.8%and95.5%.For Sorbaria kirilowii,the suitable temperature for germination is25℃and the germination rate is91.4%.2、The effect on germination of two kinds of Sorbaria in different light treatment is little. The germination of two kinds of Sorbaria has no significant difference in different light treatment. The germination rates of Sorbaria sorbifolia in30℃are95.5%(light) and94.5%(no light),while the germination rates of Sorbaria kirilowii are91.3%(light) and86.7%(no light).3、The suitble soil water content for two kinds of Sorbaria is25%,the germination rates are98.9%(Sorbaria sorbifolia) and80.4%(Sorbaria kirilowii).4、When the NaCl concentration is0.1%,the effect on germination of Sorbaria sorbifolia Br.is little.The germination rate is94.7%,and the germination index is87.3%.The damage rate of seedlings root is8.7%,and there is no significant difference with CK.For Sorbaria kirilowii When the NaCl concentration is0.1%, the germination rate is74.6%,and the germination index is11.3%. The damage rate of seedlings root is77.6%,and there is significant difference with CK.5、With the storage time increasing,the germination rate is declining12percents in one year.
