Objec t:Xinjia ng is on e of the origi n area of a pricot and the large st pro d uctio n apricot in China apric o t.Apric ot is a ki n d of imp o rtant eco n omi c crops, h as become an importa n t pa rt of Xinjiang fruit industry, the ec o logical, eco n omy h as played a positive role.Th is paper in vestigated the c u rrent situation of the development of Luntai apricot ind u stry,and pstil abortion rate(PAR),pollen germination rate(PGR) of apricot in the s o u th o f Xinjiang, e xplora tion th e suita ble sto rage co n dition of apricot pollen, p ro vide reference fo r practical production.Meth ods: This paper inve stiga ted the plantin g a rea, yield, sa les price, effic ienc y an d the p ro cessing of apricot from t he histo rical data of Lun tai in Xinjiang, and compared th e historical da ta of Lu ntai and five regions in th e south o f Xinjiang, in ord er to understand the curre n t situation of the develo pment of Lunta i apricot ind u stry; As th e key to investiga t e anthe r n u mber per flower(ANPF),pollen germination rate(PGR)and pstil a bortion rate(PAR)in 15 c u ltivars wh ich were from Luntai Na tio na l Fru it Germplasm Resource Garden in Xinjiang,in order to u nde rstand the f lower fertili ty mainly aprico t cu ltivars in the s o uth of Xinjiang; Culture medium assa y were u se d for determination pollen vi a b ility of 5 apric o t cultivars inc luding Yilikedaxing, Kezij iana li, Dabayo uxing, Da guoxing a n d Kabakeyulvke in d ry with roo m tempera ture(20 ℃), dark-d rying with 20 ℃, da rk-dryi ng with 4 ℃ and da rk-dryi ng with-20 ℃ storage condition s.Results and Conclusion:(1) Plan tin g area o f Lu n tai a p ricot basic ally to tend stable, was 20 millio n acres; Co mpared with othe r re gions in the so uth of xinjiang, planting smaller;N et inc o me of ave rage p er c apita o f Lu ntai farmers inc reased year by yea r in Ap ricot; The industry o f Luntai apricot beginn ing to take sh ap e.(2) ANPF had s ignificant difference s in different cu ltivars. Amo n g the m, ANPF in Shache h eiyexin g was th e toppest with 39.67 and that in Kezidalazi was th e lo we st with 27.35.(3) PGR of 15 cultivars wa s between 31.01 ~ 84. 7 9%, and PGR had significa nt differe n ces in different cultiv ars; The germination spe ed o f polle n of Different Aprico t Va rieties w as difference in the sa me culture condition.(4) PAR of 10 cultiv ars wa s betw een 31.8 ~ 87.33%, PAR in H u an n a was the toppest with 87.33 % and tha t in Baduyulvke was the l owest with 3 1.8%. PAR had signifi cant difference s in d ifferent cultiv ars. PAR of different parts o f th e same variety had little effec t.(5)The results sho we d that apricot pollen viability was affected by cultivars of apricot, storage time,storage con d ition s.(6)Pollen viability in ‘ Dab ayouxing ’ is highest with 40% at the early sto rage stage and ‘ Daguoxin g’pollen viability is min imum, early storage pollen germination rate o n ly about 15%.(7) pollen viability were gradually d ecrea se d with storage time; Poll e n viability s tored in dark-drying with 4 ℃ was not signific ant differenc e in dark-dryi ng with-20 ℃, pollen germi na tion rate hadn’t bigger change, the highest pollen ge rmina tion ra te ha s close to 20% after 90 days storage, pollen viabil ity stored in drying with roo m temperature(2 0 ℃) was th e worst, the worst po llen germina tion rate has clo se to 0 after90 d ays storage.(8) storage conditions in d ark-dryin g with 4 ℃ and in dark-d rying with-20 ℃ might be more benefit for long-te rm main tainin g the apricot po llen vi ab ility tha n tha t in drying with ro o m te mpe rature(20 ℃) an d in dark-dryi ng with room te mpe rature(20 ℃).(9)4 kinds of storage methods are not suitable for a large numb er of long-term storage of apricot pollen.
