Farmland shelterbelt construction areas along the Huaihe River to withstand natural disasters, it is an important way to promote the steady development of agriculture. During construction for farmland species or strains of the choice of protective effect plays an important role. Populus species are widely distributed and variety in China,,due to its fast growing and has a good range of environmental adaptability, widely used in areas along the Huaihe River.This study mainly tests the following aspects. Firstly, it tests the net photosynthetic rate of I-69、I-72、I-63、Nanlin895and Zhonglin46in Li Zhuang of Yingshang county, Fuyang city, Anhui province by use of LI-6400portable photosynthetic system produced by the LI-COR Company US in four different seasons. Secondly, the photosynthesis lightresponse curves of the five plants were tested in order to analyze the genetic controls on tue net photosynthetic rate. Thirdly, it measures the Pure biomass of the five plants, Analysis the productivity’s differences between strains.The main results are as follows:1. In the local natural environment,In the local natural environment, the five poplar strains in different seasons of net photosynthetic rate at two types of changes,Summer and autumn showed a bimodal curve characteristics, and have the "light lunch"phenomenon, but in spring showed a single peak characteristics. Judge the level of net photosynthetic rate by the five poplar based on average daily net photosynthetic rate, descending order were: Nanlin895> I-69> I-63> I-72> Zhonglin46.2. Analysis of the five poplar strains in different seasons of the light response curves, I-69and I-72has a lower light compensation point, so they have the use of low light ability,‘nanlin895’ have little higher light compensation, Like the strong light PAR.3. Through path analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of net photosynthetic rate of the five poplar strains physiological and ecological factors. Through the analysis of air temperature, air relative humidity, photosynthetic active radiation, atmospheric CO2concentration, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2concentration, leaf temperature. There are these physiological factors, that the atmospheric temperature, stomatal conductance, transpiration Rate of poplar leaf temperature is the main factor of the net photosynthetic rate,but in different seasons with a certain complexity and difference.4. Analysis of the five poplar strains in different seasons of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b content, chlorophyll a/b value and size of solar energy utilization efficiency. Chlorophyll content and can be drawn with the net photosynthetic rate of the five poplar strains show significant positive correlation. Reflects the level of solar energy utilization efficiency by plants of different strains of poplar on the adaptation of photosynthetic active radiation.5. The five strains under the same plantations of poplar biomass and productivity because of significant differences between the different strains to nine strains of Health and the five poplar plantation, for example, the size of the biomass relationship: Nanlin895> I-63> I-72> I-69> Zhonglin46.6.Planting density and thinning on the formation of Biomass of poplar trees have an important influence on the “I-69” by different planting densities and Yang’s study Thinning,2×3m planting density than the formation of the stand biomass of4×6m25.9%higher planting density. The formation of continuous forest thinning biomass thinning have not been higher than18.1%In summary, in the construction of farmlandthe in low-lying land along the Huaihe River, the five poplar strains can grow normally. However, different strains have different photosynthetic characteristics and features there are large differences in biomass and productivity. Overall, the Nanlin895lowlands along the Huaihe River has a relatively strong environment of the photosynthetic capacity, but can also form a relatively high biomass, under local conditions in the relatively high value in use...
