In this study,Sudan grass,sweet sorghum and the grain sorghum sterile lines were used for hybridization,to hybrid new varieties,possessing high grass yield,high solid rate and average stalk Brix.In2011,all the tested male parents were systematacially investigated and some of them were selected for the following hybridization experiments in2012.Some characteristics of F1generation varieties were evaluated,such as agronomic traits, Heterosis,parents combing ability and ISSR molecular marker on the first-filial generation. The results were as follows:(1) According to procreating time,agronomic characteristics and annual fresh grass yield,six kinds of male parents were chosen for the hibridization experiments,which are DxK、T03、N0601、N0605、B95and W010.(2) The Heterosis of F1generation varieties was basically in agreement with the combining abilities of their parents.The comprehensive performance of the three male sterile line was Tx622hybrid progenies>HZ180hybrid progenies>Tx623hybrid progenies.(3) After heterosis analysis and parents combining ability sequencing.three hybrids Tx622×DxK、Tx622×WO10and HZ180×N0601were selected.(4)44DNA fragments were amplified from23special combination in hybrid sorghum by the selected suitable ISSR primers,The molecular weight of PCR products ranged from100bp to2000bp.32PCR product polymorphism were observed. Polymorphic rate was72.73%.Our results showed that the parentage used and the hybrids bred in this study have high polyomorphism,which indicates that perhaps new trait combinations might occurred in the hybrids.
