In order to selecting excellent varieties with high fresh grass yield, high grain weight and high sugar degree of hammer, the experiments done the introduction of Pennisetum and hybridization experiments of Pennisetum, Sudan grass with sorghum sterile lines TX622A, TX623A.Then conducted a comprehensive analysis through heterosis data processing,analysis and comparison of2012-2013field data of Fl hybrids with SSR markers as an hybrid breeding adjunct. The results were as follows:(1) Through the trials of introduced Canada Pennisetum PM101we may find that this material is more suitable for dibbling cropping patterns because its agronomic traits and nutritional qualities are better than sowing in line. But finish the whole growth could completed in only a small parts of the Inner Mongolia region since it enters the the beginning of growth need about130d. TX623×PM101, TX622×PM101can grow whole growth period completed in Hohhot in which TX622×PM101was more optimum through different agronomic traits analysis and sugar degree of hammer of TX623×PM101were significantly higher than TX622×PM101.(2) Two hybrids F1, TX622×HZW01, and TX623×TXDK2two hybrids F1had good comprehensive agronomic characters combinations and suited to shorter growing period area planted; TX622x HZN075one hybrids F1had good comprehensive agronomic characters and combination of longer term growth areas suitable for planting.(3) Five hybrids Fl including TX622x TXB35, TX623×TXT203, TX622×HZW01. TX623×TXN275, and TX622×TXDK2had the nutritional quality.(4) Heterosis analysis shows that the heterosis indicators of TX622×HZN075was excellent. The heterosis of TX622Series> TX623series in plant height, fresh yield per square meter, thousand seed weight aspects, the heterosis of TX622series<TX623series in sugar degree of hammer.5) Using11pairs of SSR primers screened out performing SSR-PCR amplification reaction on31test materials total got84brands. DNA fragment length is between100-1500bp.There were63brands have polymorphic, stripe polymorphic rate was75%. This shows that the parents and their hybrids we had used in this experiment have rich polymorphism and hybrid progenies appeared wealth of new traits type.
