Cerasus humilis is the endemic wild fruit tree resources of China, DaDi Ecological Science and Technology Center of Agriculture and Forest in Inner Mongolia breeding the new strains DD12—1to DD12—22, they are the high quality and high yield new strains through seedling breeding, this paper studies the DD12—1to DD12—22’s biological characteristics and dormant shoot of peroxidase isozyme, the late-mature breed DD12-22and the early-mature breed DD12-13’s nutrition organ structure characteristics, photosynthetic characteristics and dormant shoot’s cold-resistance physilolgy, the results showed that:According to the morphologic clustering, the22new strains can be divided into five groups, the first group includes DD12-1, DD12-2, DD12-5, DD12-6, DD12-7, DD12-8, DD12-10, DD12-11, DD12-12, DD12-13, DD12-14, DD12-15, DD12-17, DD12-18, DD12-19, DD12-22, the second group includes DD12-4,DD12-9, DD12-16, the third group isDD12-3, the fourth group is DD12-20, the fifth group is DD12-21.In the experiment of dormant shoot of peroxidase isozyme, the cluster analysis results showed that when the similarity level is4.64, the22new strains can be divided into four groups, the first group includes DD12-1、DD12-11、DD12-2、DD12-7、DD12-13、 DD12-21、DD12-14、DD12-15、DD12-3、DD12-4、DD12-5、DD12-6、DD12-12,the second group includes DD12-8, DD12-13, DD12-22, the third group includes DD12-9, DD12-17, DD12-18, the fourth group includes DD12-10、DD12-16and DD12-20.Cerasus humilis’s leaf is small and thin, the water content is relatively small, the epidermal cells arranged closely and the wall is thickening, stomata distributed in the epidermis and subsidence, formed the chamber under the hole. Outside the mautre stem, there is periderm, cortex accounted for a larger proportion of stem, cortex stems of proportion is larger, there are a large number of parenchyma cells in the pith, xylem and phloem are developed, they are advantaged to the nutrition and water storage transport. Root vascular tissue is very developed, phloem is consists of parenchyma cells, the xylem occupied a larger width. The intercellular space is developed, made the water absorbing ability of root improved greatly. Xylem_occupy a big width and the number of vascular in it. In the experiment of photosynthetic characteristics, the Pn of two kind of new strains are interpreted as double-peak curves and have obvious so-called "midday depression" phenobvious phenomenon. The "midday depression" is not only affected by the stomatal restrictions, also affected by the non-stomatal restrictions, the relationship between the Pn and environmental factors.According to the Logistic equations, the DD12-13and DD12-22’s LT50are-31.92℃and-34.64℃. The POD and SOD activity and soluble protein content have the variation trend of a"S" type curve, the MDA content overall assumes the trend of escalation, the free proline and thesoluble sugar content are increased firstly and then decreased. The cold resistance ability of DD12-22is proved to be stronger than DD12-13. The correlation analysis showed, the relative conductivity and MDA content had significant positive correlation. the soluble protein and soluble sugar had significant positive correlation.
