The stuay measure 6 physiological indexes for Drought resistance,such as physiological indexes include leaf relative water content、the cell membrane permeability、measured total chlorophyll、SOD activity、malondialdehyde,use the fuzzy mathematics method of subordinate function and grey relational analysis evaluate.use the comprehensive evaluation of method to give the Comprehensive evaluate drought resistance of the deep groove and slope Cerasus humilis. The main results are follow: the Cerasus humilis of deep groove drought resistance surpassed the Cerasus humilis of slope. This research for better utilization of Cerasus humilis traits provide strong theoretical basis.Different leaf type,leaf colour,flower of the Different leaf size types of Cerasus humilis nonsignificant difference. Leaf length of the narrow leaf smaller than the broadleaf. The Sproutins rate and shoots forming of the basal and the primary, the broad leaf is stronger; Different site conditions, leaf length and leaf width of the slope Cerasus humilis is bigger, on the Sproutins rate of the basal and the primary nonsignificant difference, the Shoots Forming,the deep groove is weaker.In drought resistance, different site conditions of Cerasus humilis leaf relative water content changes show decline trend in five month, the follow of Cerasus humilis decline sharply,the drought resistance of broad leaf is weaker.In drought resistance, different dite donditions of Cerasus humilis leaf electrical conductivity changes show increased trend in five month, the deep groove of Cerasus humilis rising sharply,the drought resistance of broadleaf is stronger.In drought resistance, different site conditions of Cerasus humilis chlorophyll content changes show decreased in May and June, In August and September, increased and then decreased, again; SOD changes show increased and then decreased, In August and September, increased and then decreased again; MDA content changes show increased and then decreased, In September, increased again; Cerasus humilis proline content increased and then decreased, In August and September, decreased and then increased again.The study measure 6 physiological indexes of the different leaf type for drought resistance, use the fuzzy mathematics method of subordinate function analyze the drought resistance: the narrow leaf>the broadleaf.Grey relational analysis evaluate:MDA,the cell membrane permeability>SOD activity>leaf relative water content>proline> measured total chlorophyll>MDA, the cell membrane permeability is the best.
