China bayberry is the evergreen fruit tree which has a long cultivation history and with high nutritional value in China. It is acid-resistant and barren-tolerance. In the natural conditions, root nodule is formatted by Frankia bacteria in the root of China bayberry. It fixes nitrogen from the atmosphere by the symbiotic system and improves the soil fertility around root which allows China bayberry to grow in poor soil nutrient. In the same time, the Frankia bacteria can degrading the organic phosphorus in soil which production is conductive to absorb by the root in China bayberry. Therefore it often used as a pioneer tree species in south. So there is an important ecological significance.This article takes’water chestnut’as the research material and studies on the influence of B, Zn nutrition on China bayberry fruit quality and senescence. According to the experiment, spraying concentration in combination was designed for the4.0g/L,6.0g/LB and3.0g/L,5.0g/L Zn in every10days, measured the chlorophyll content and the fruit quality after picking. And stored the waxberry at4℃and determination of fruit quality in3,6,9days. The main results are as follows:6.1Spraying B and Zn can increase chlorophyll content in China bayberry leaf. Spraying single B or Zn had no significant difference. In the mixture spraying B and Zn, the8group (6.0g/LB+3.0g/L Zn) is best. The results showed that spraying B and Zn can improve the photosynthesis under increased the chlorophyll content in China berry.6.2The spraying B and Zn make the change of the content of mineral elements in the China bayberry fruit. The group of fertilization B the N, P, K, B and Zn content had increased and had a significant difference with the compared group. The group of only Zn fertilization, the N, K, B and Zn had increased with no significance, but P decreased and had a significant difference with the compared group. B and Zn mixtures, N, P, K, B and Zn were increased. Compared the single fertilization of Zn in the experimental group, P has increased in fruit. It initial certificate concentrations, B is synergy with N, P, K. Zn is synergy with N and K. P has the antagonism with Zn. We found that in the presence of B at the same time it may reduce the antagonistic effect between Zn and P owing to the effect of rhizobium.6.3In the budding period, after spraying a certain concentration solution of B and Zn, the fruit quality has certain improvement compared with the control group. The only fertilization of B, the result of B with6.0g/L is better. The only fertilization of Zn, the better one is the3.0g/L. In the mixture with B and Zn,6.0g/LB&3.0g/L Zn is good and has obvious effect. But there was no significant difference between groups. The results finally we found that spraying a group of mixture with the B and Zn (6.0g/L,3.0g/L respectively) can significantly enhance the fruit quality in the production for the China berry.6.4In the condition of spraying a certain concentration of B, Zn and stored at4℃, it can improve the activity of the CAT, SOD and POD enzyme and the content of polyamine, reduce the MDA content in the cell, delay fruit senescence and extend the storage period of China bayberry fruit.
