In order to breeding higher anthocyanin contented, higher yield and quality in new color potato hybrid variety. Maternal parent Russet that was introduced from American was hybrid by artificial pollination with paternal parent Heimeiren that was introduced from China, and the group of hybrid F1between Russet and Heimeiren were observed successfully. The fertility, yield, quality and cytogenetics characters of7second generation lines of hybrids F1were analyzed and evaluated, and4lines of excellent phenotype were analyzed by SSR molecular markers. The main results were as follows:1.4excellent color potato lines were chosen from7second generation lines of hybrids F1between Russet and Heimeiren. The growth period of these4lines were range from92d to105d, were mid-maturing varieties. The growth ability was stronger, and the plant heights were range from85.54to102.07cm. The line26and31were superior to others on yield and quality, and their eyes were shallow and potato-shape are better, the yield per plant were1.008kg and0.763kg respectively, and the tuber weight were106.05g and113.57g, and the commodity potato rate were85.14%and91.43%, and the starch content were15.94%and13.22%, and the reducing sugar content were0.030%and0.016%, and the content of vitamin C were26.71mg/100g and16.3mg/100g.2. The anthocyanin content of4lines were range from53.16mg/kg to174.56/kg. The anthocyanin content of line26reached up to174.56mg/kg, and showed the obvious heterobeltiosis. Next, the anthocyanin content of line16and31were70.20mg/kg and60.23mg/kg respectively.3. The pollen fertility of line19, line27and line31of second generation clones of color potato hybrids F1were higher than50%, but the pollen fertility of line13and line29were far lower than50%. The fertility of color potato hybrid F1were higher, accordingly the bivalent and quadrivalent frequencies were higher, and the univalent and trivalent frequency were lower.4. Chromosome pairing configuration of line13, line19, line27, line29and line31were:2n=4x=48=4.67Ⅰ+6.09Ⅱ+5.25Ⅲ+3.59Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=1.88Ⅰ+12.70Ⅱ+1.30Ⅲ+4.30Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=2.66Ⅰ+9.70Ⅱ+3.07Ⅲ+4.04Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=7.50Ⅰ+4.00Ⅱ+6.84Ⅲ+2.84Ⅳ,2n=4x=48=2.33Ⅰ+15.33Ⅱ+2.67Ⅲ+1.67Ⅳ respectively.5.104bands (including80polymorphic bands) were amplified in4third generation clones of hybrids F1and their parent with three pairs of SSR primers, S7, S174and S184. The ratio of polymorphic bands was76.92%, which showed that polymorphism of the clones of hybrid F1were rich.6. The genetic distance range of4excellent clones of hybrid lines F1was range from0.1892to0.9355. With the GD value of0.40as threshold,6potato materials could be clustered into3groups:line13and Russet were the first group; line26and line31were the second group; line16and Heimeiren were the last group.
