Salinization has become a global problem,The impaction to corps has become more serious.To solve this problem,Need to tap the potential yield of the crop to increase the-yield unit area,enhance crop salt tolerance also can not be ignored,so the salt tolerance of crops to improve the development of agriculture has become a major research topic.This research select salinity texture soil use the way of field management and field production to research about the agronomic traits,analysis of the affect of traits;The indoor experiments is to processing of experimental materials by NaCl,determine the pHysiological and biochemical indexes,to reveal the law and regulatory mechanisms about the survival and growth condition of soybeanafter salt damage,breeding the better strains of salt tolerance;At the same time,POD isoenzymes is done to the test material, in order to know the enzyme spectral characteristics and type clearly; Finally, using the9002to tissue culture, which has better yield traits, build an experimental procedures of Soybean organs regenerated plants, established a good experimental system to study the soybean form.This research use wild soybean to enhance salt tolerance of the cultivated soybean, in order to find the strains which has salt tolerance and better yield traits. The result as follows:1. All pHenological pHases of the test material was not significantly on salt stress. the least number of days are ZS, PZY and NY.The various lines of color, growth habit, pod habit, mature pod color and seed coat color display rich diversity.All tested materials plant height, bottom pod, number of branches, main stem diameter, seed weight per plant, seed weight, stem and pod tare show varying degrees of difference, and found that the main stem diamete rseed weight per plant, seed weight, stem weight, tare pods are very significant positive correlation. The coefficient of variation of the various traits ordinal rankings, husks, skins and grain weight per plant> bottom pod> stem> branches> plant height> main stem diameter> kernel weight. The yield traits bred9002was better than the other strains.2. The present study found that the enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substance correlation was not significant,and therefore can not use a single indicator assessment of the salt tolerance of the strain.Studies have shown that in different concentrations of NaCl Stress ZS、2and15-1activity was significantly higher than YDD and Kydd;15-1MDA, proline and soluble sugar content of less than YDD and Kydd, so15-1salt tolerance better than other strains.3.17POD isozymes quantities and activity are some differences.All tested materials broadly divided into four categories depending on the mobility.The first category:ZS, NY,9002, YDD, PZY,0005,10-3and0004as a class, are somewhat cultivated soybean.The second categories:15-1,2, HD and S001as a class, are somewhat wild soybean.The third categories:Kydd.The fourth categories:S002,17-1,12-4and22, as a class, are somewhat transitional soybean.4. To stable strains found in this study the9002soybean seed tissue culture,found to be first with70%ethanol sterilization for1min, And then6%NaClO sterilized17min. And then use the previous step aseptic hypocotyl adventitious buds induced。The most suitable medium was MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+KT1.0mg/L+IAA0.75mg/L+sucrose3%+agar0.8%. To a certain extent when the adventitious bud rooting for the varieties of soybean rooting medium is MS+NAA0.75mg/L+sucrose2%+agar0.8%.
