This study was done based on years of research.More than fifty stably progeny strains lines were obtained derived from the artificial crossing of native Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc.and the local cultivars Glycine max(L.)after breeding year by year in earlier stage of the study.Nearly fifty strains were obtained through strict screening evaluation.In order to effectively protect wild soybeans,innovation diversity of germplasm and selective screening new strains for using seeds or both plants and seeds.It is necessary to make further evaluation and identification of these strains.46 stable strains were planted(Plant spacing:60cm;planting distance:30cm)in Chajintai ranch breeding base in early may from 2012 to 2016 observing agronomic traits and analysis the genetic relationship.All the hybrids were analyzed by SRAP marker to select out the true hybrids and build fingerprint firstly.Then a specific research about molecular genetics and morphology were given on the true hybrids to analysis the sources of variation and the genetic relationship between each strains.Finaly select out two target strains and reseach the roduction performance evaluation and adaptability.The main results were as follows:(1)15 primer combinations of SRAP with characteristics of rich polymorphism,clear bands and good repeatability were selected from 234 primer combinations,then primers were selected to bands specific for the male parent but absent from the female,10 primers were selected and applied to identify the hybrids.There were 44 progenies with these specific bands,which were therefore identified as true hybrids.(2)The 12 primer combinations were used in the PCR amplification.347 DNA bands were obtained,265 of which bands were polymorphic,amounted to 76.37%of the total amplified bands.The genetic similarity coefficient of the progeny strains was from 0.53 to 0.97,the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.81.All the strains were divided into 7 groups by cluster analysis.(3)Five common factors were extracted by factor analysis of the strains which has high grain yield,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 73.611%.The agronomic characteristics such as three-pod number,first-class branch,stem weight and effective branching could be used for the basis for evaluating soybean yield;S002,3-2-2,C6,18-2,can be further promote planting.(4)Five principal components were extracted by principal components analysis of the strains which has high forage yield,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 74.751%.This five principal components contains 10 traits which influence on forage yield the most obvious.(5)S002 mixed sowing with silage com can improve the corn's protein content and reduce the use of Nitrogen fertilizer.S002 mixed silage with silage corn has great fermentation quality and high protein content,and has low content of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber.The mixed silage proportion of corn and S002 was 7:3 and drying 18h behaved the best.ZS has less branch number and high fat content,and it's growth period is short,so it's suitable for planting at high latitudes.This strain can increase production by close planting.
