Pseudostellaria heterophylla is a dry root of Pseudostellaria maximowicziana,which has high medical vaules. At the present stage, some problems have risen. For example, continuous cropping obstacles in the field of Cultivation’techniques. So, the study on Continuous cropping obstacles, poison mechanism and control measures have great significance, making a big step on its Production,which is called Large-scale, industry, quality-quantitative production.This paper took its continuous cropping obstacles and poison mechanism as research object in four aspects..Through the determination and comparison of the continuous cropping and no-continuous cropping’ growth indices, we can take some controls to slow the effect of radix pseudostellariae from poison,The main research conclusions are as follows:1、At the end of April and in early may, I dug16strains of continuous cropping and no-continuous cropping’ Pseudostellaria heterophylla at the random. Next, I had determination and comparison of Pseudostellaria heterophylla’ plant height, root depth and so on.. From radix pseudostellariaes’ plant height, plant height of continuous croppings’ radix pseudostellariae is about5-9cm, with a mean of7.8cm, while plant height of no-continuous croppings’ radix pseudostellariae is between9and16cm, the average is about12.5cm; just as depth of the roots, continuous cropping and on-continuous cropping of radix pseudostellariae are9to15cm, and the average continuous cropping is8.6cm, while no-continuous cropping is11.1cm; Third indicators is the fresh weight and dry weight, continuous cropping is between3to6g, no-continuous cropping is between5to7g.. Last two indicators from the ground biomass as well as the ratio of aboveground biomass and underground biomass,to illustrate that the quality of no-continuous cropping s’radix pseudostellariae is higher than that of continuous cropping.In general:no-continuous cropping is significantly better than that of continuous cropping.2、The preliminary study on Continuous cropping obstacles and poison mechanism showed that:Higher level of Pesudostellaria heterophylla’ organization leaching solutions had an bigger inhibition ratio on the germination of Shanghai green seeds. Comparing the concentrations of germination rate, when the concentration of leaching solution is1:5, achieved the strongest inhibitory effect, but when the concentration of leaching solution is for1:200, inhibition rate dropped significantly; And each kind of concentration for radix pseudostellariaes’ organization leaching solution requires different days for germination, The concentration of the leaching solution for1:5has the strongest inhibitory effect, in the first two days.germination rate is only about20%, after three days, germination rate is only about45%in every day, while when the concentration is less than or equal to1:100, the germination rate increased significantly, from the first day, is more than50%, from the third day is more than80%.To the influence of the radicle’ growth,it had less impact on with Pesudostellaria heterophylla’ organization leaching solutions decreased, and when the leve reduced to a certain degree, but played an active role in promoting the growth of radicle. In detail, when the concentration is1:5, the effect (inhibit the growth of embryo) is the largest, the inhibition rate is stronger, with the increase of concentration is to1:150and1:200, but promote germ to grow, it came an interesting phenomenon that the lower level, the bigger promotion;the higher level, the bigger inhibition.At last, to the influence of the germ ’growth, Pesudostellaria heterophylla’ organization leaching solutions had an Strong inhibition of the flu. Higher level of Pesudostellaria heterophylla’ organization leaching solutions had an bigger inhibition ratio on the germ’growth.3、On the study of the relationship between continuous cropping obstacles, poison mechanism and the change of microorganism’ quantity and structure formation of the soil.The data of the experiment showed that change of microorganisms’total numbers and structure was obvious between one year and two year. Pesudostellaria heterophylla’ continuous croppinping ade it that the bacteria showed higher sensitivity, the numbers of the bacteria became declined obviously. It is shown that colony number of the reference soils’ bacteria is close to3by an average of106/g, bacteria colony of radix pseudostellariaes’ soil in a year count an average of3.5×106/g, to achieve the highest bacterial colonies, compared to on-planting’s soil.bacteria is rising about22.8%; average of soils’bacteria colony (soil,which grows radix pseudostellariae for two years) decrease, compared to the reference soil and planting for one-year, decline rate is about12.3%and28.6%.The whole changing trend of actinomycetes was increasing. Average of reference soils’ actinomyces colony is about2.5×106/g, while average of one-year growing soils’ actinomyces colony is about2.7×106/g, growth rate is about8%, and average of soils’ actinomycetes colony (soil,which grows radix pseudostellariae for two years) is about3.3×106/g, compared with the reference soils and soils for one year,growth rate is about32%and24.5%,which is obvious.The numbers of fungi was increasing with the year of continuous cropping increased, average of the reference soils ’fungal colony contains2.8×104/g, while average of one-year growing soils’ actinomyces colony is about3.2×104/g, and average of soils’ fungal colony (soil,which grows radix pseudostellariae for two years) is about3.67×104/g, comparing with the reference soil, the growth rate is about14.3%; compared with reference soil and the one-year soil, average of fungi colony has a big increase, growth rate is about31.1%and14.7%,which is obvious. In all, it indicates that the bacterial’ soil changed to fungi’soil, so soil fertility was lower than before, soil became gradually weak.4、At last, the research is physical and chemical properties of dry soil:I made a determination and comparison of nutrition element index that is pH, Total N, Total P, Available N, Available P and Available K. The study shows that:Ph:three kinds of soil are between5-6, in radix pseudostellariaes’ growth cycle,(which from march to june, apart from June, pH changes regularly, continuous cropping (TRLZ)> no-continuous cropping (TRWLZ)> the reference (TRCK), just increase rate is not obvious.Total N:Compared to the reference soil,(TRCK) TRLZ and TRWLZ respectively increased by20.9%and20.9%in March, in April increased by11.6%and2.1%respectively, in May increased24.4%and2.5%respectively, while TRLZ is respectively increased by13%,9.3%and21.3%.than TRWLZ in3-5months.Total P:Compared to the reference soil,(TRCK), TRLZ and TRWLZ increased by17.7and13%respectively in March, in April increased by34.5%and34.5%, respectively in May increased25%and8.8%, respectively than TRWLZ, TRLZ has increased29.6%in June, While TRWLZ is decreased than TRCK by16%; And TRLZ, TRWLZ in3-6months respectively increased by13%,15.9%,14.9%and54.4%. From the above data,we can concluded that Total P and Total N in soil also increases with the increasing length of continuous cropping, and the increasing effect is significant.But available N, available P, available K which can be absorbed directly have different degrees of reduction, it shows that:Available N:TRCK and TRWLZ on data change a little, test of4months, two months is high and two months is low, it has no significant difference, And compared with TRWLZ, TRLZ is a bit different, compared with TRWLZ, along with the increasing length of continuous cropping, it is gradually diminishing in3-6months, respectively9.3%,4.7%,3.3%and11%.Available P:the control soil (TRCK) is the biggest, with the one year and two years of continuous cropping, the data is decline, compared to TRCK, TRWLZ in3-6months respectively decreased by12.5%,14.3%,2.3%and9.8%; TRLZ in3-6months respectively decreased by15.6%,24.6%,3.8%and1.2%; Besides in June, compared with TRWLZ TRLZ in3-5months, respectively, decreased by3.6%,12%, 1.6%.Available K:Numerical change is TRCK> TRWLZ> TRLZ, along with Ihe increasing length of continuous cropping, Available K’s content in soil is gradually diminishing. Compared to TRCK,TRWLZ in3-6months respectively decreased by8.4%,6.7%,7.3%and5.2%; TRLZ in3-6months respectively decreased by15.8%,18.9%,15.9%and11.7%; Compared with TRWLZ TRLZ in3-6months respectively decreased by8%,13.1%,9.2%and6.8%, the reducing effect is more significant.
