Rapeseed is an important oil crops, high-yield and quality are the main breeding objectives. To explore the genetic basis of seed weight and quality traits and map QTL tcotrolling seed weight, we used the introgression lines (the ZY821was recurrent parent, No.2127-17was donor parent). In BC4F2population, we investigated seed weight, glucosinolate, oil content, protein, erucic acid, eicosanoids, linolenic acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acidic content. The main results are as follwing:1. Investigated grain weight and other11traits of the introgression lines population, these traits showed continuous normal distribution and transgressive segregation, and there were certain correlations between them.2. A total of73QTL were identified for11traits by Icimapping v3.1analysis.8QTL controlled palmitic acid,9QTL for oleic,5QTL for stearic,6QTL for linoleic,4QTL for linolenic acid,6QTL for erucic acid,11QTL for eicosenoic,4QTL for protein,4QTL for grain weight,9QTL for glucosinolate,7QTL for oil content. In these QTL, some linked to cluster, for example, on the A5linkage group,QTL nearby marker cnu_ssr362controlled palmitic acid, linoleic acid, oil content simultaneously; on C5linkage group, QTL nearby marker BrGMS2185controlled palmitic acid, linoleic acid and oil content simultaneously, which may be due to pleiotropism or closely linked.3. Finally we choose one as a candidate line after investigating the seed weight of the seven BC4F3populations.12SSR markers showed polymorphism by BSA method. When we aligned the sequences of these markers to B. oleracea genome, we targeted it between BoGMS4020and Na12-A05on C6chromosome, but due to the physical position of BoGMS4020was unclear, we can not determine the physical distance between the markers.
