There is significant and long-term meaning for transgenic rice to meet food needs and ensure food security. Researching physical characteristics of transgenic rice can not only provide theoretical reference for its harvesting, storage, processing, grading and packaging machinery and facilities designing, but also provide new ideas and approaches for its quality testing, controlling and related food development.In this study, through the use of existing laboratory instruments and self-designed test equipment,the basic physical properties, flow movement, electrical conductivity properties and thermal characteristics of transgenic rice T2A-1, TIC-19and parental MH-63were measured. Analyzing genetically modified (gm) rice TIC-19, T2A-land parental MH-63basic physical properties and flow movement change with moisture content, set up the relationship between basic physical properties and moisture content. The electric conductivity characteristics, the thermal conductivity, temperature conductivity, and fatty acid value of storing rice were studied, analyzes the influence of storage time on the electrical conductivity of genetically modified (gm) rice. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The moisture content increased from9.4%to25.5%,1000-grain weight, transgenic rice and their parents of three axis dimensions, geometric mean diameter, sphericity and surface area increased with water content increasing, showed a good linear correlation, when the moisture content is16.5%of the size value reached the maximum. Three kinds of rice bulk density, true density with increasing moisture content increases, but no significant linear correlation between, there is a non-linear relationship between the significant and porosity and water content.(2) Given the range of water content (9.2%-25.2%, W.B.),three kinds of rice repose angle increases with the increase of moisture content, variation of transgenic rice with the parent’s angle of repose similar; in the same water content, there was no significant difference between the transgenic rice TIC-19, T2A-1and its parent MH-63repose angle, friction coefficient transgenic rice and parental increases with increasing moisture content, The friction coefficient of transgenic rice and parental increases with the water content increases, the friction coefficient of different contact materials on rice significantly, the friction coefficient of rice and the plastic plate is less than the friction coefficient and the friction factor of iron, the difference of rice (iron-plastic board) in the increase of water content in small,. The trend of increasing, changes of three kinds of paddy rice is similar; the angle of repose and the friction coefficient could reflect the flow characteristics of rice, so it admit that TIC-19, T2A-1is superior to that of the parent MH-63scattered.(3) T2A-1, TIC-19and conductivity of rice parent MH-63increased with storage time increasing, three months before the storage increased faster than the increase in fourth months. The storage time of transgenic rice T2A-1, T1C-19and parents MH-63soak conductivity have significant effect, analysis of variance and P-value≤0.01.(4)Transgenic rice T2A-1, TIC-19and parents MH-63thermal conductivity, fatty acid showed similar changes, all storage time increased; thermal diffusivity during storage were not linear. Obviously,with the increase in storage time, temperature coefficient of three kinds of fluctuations in rice a certain range. Fatty acid value and thermal characteristics of value to a certain extent, reflect the aging degree and quality of stored grain. Fatty acid value and coefficient of thermal conductivity of transgenic rice and their parents have a good positive correlation, while the thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity and fatty acid had no significant correlation, changes during storage is not similar.
