| In order to predict the nutritional value of DDGS rapidly, the apparent metabolizable energy (AME)of31DDGS were measured. The optimal regression model for AME with the physical and chemicalindicators and the near-infrared calibration model of the nutritional value were established through3experiments.The nutritional value variability of31kinds of DDGSThe color, physical and chemical indicators of31kinds of DDGS were determined, so as toprovide reference data for the variability research and rational use of DDGS. The results showed thatcorn grade, origin and processing method had no significant influence on the color of DDGS(P>0.05);the nitrogen free extract(NFE) in corn grade2was significantly higher than corn grade1(P<0.05)and corn grade3(P<0.05),and the acid detergent fiber(ADF) in grade3was significantly higherthan grade2(P<0.05);DDGS from Liaoning contained much more crude fiber(CF) than Heilongjiang,Jilin and Shandong(P<0.01),the ether extract (EE) in DDGS from Liaoning and Jilin wassignificantly higher than Heilongjiang(P<0.01), the nitrogen free extract(NFE) in DDGS fromSichuanã€Heilongjiangã€Liaoning and Jilin was significantly lower than Shandong(P<0.01),the neutraldetergent fiber(NDF) in DDGS produced by semidry processing was significantly higher than dry andwet processing(P<0.01).The determination of AME and establishment of chemical prediction equation for DDGSIn order to determine the apparent metabolizable energy (AME) of31kinds of DDGS,72healthyadult Hailan roosters weighted about2.5Kg were selected and randomly divided into6groups with12replicates in each group. Each repeat had one rooster, and5metabolic tests were conducted.WeCollected48-h excreta after gavage with repeated group as a unit, dried and determined energy. Theresults showed that the maximum value of AME was10.37MJ/Kg, the minimum value was6.06MJ/Kg,the average value was8.62MJ/Kg, and the coefficient of variation was12.65%. Finally, we got theoptimal regression model AME=3.2739+0.1296CP-0.5669CF+0.4249EE+0.03074NFE+0.1040ADF(R~2=0.87)。The establishment of calibration model for nutrients of DDGS by near-infrared ReflectanceSpectroscopy (NIRS)31kinds of DDGS samples were scanned by DA7200NIR.Diffuse reflection of spectroscopyinformation were collected. We used many different pretreatment methods and partial least squares toestablish calibration model of physical and chemical indicators and AME, and conducted the internalvalidation. The results showed that the determination coefficients of calibration model of crude protein(CP), ether extract (EE), brightness (L*), yellowness (B*) and apparent metabolizable energy (AME)were larger than0.90, and moisture and crude fiber (CF) were0.827and0.793respectively, but thedetermination coefficients of calibration model of crude ash (ASH), nitrogen-free extract (NFE), neutraldetergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and redness (A*) were low. The problems may berelated to the number of samples. |
