Amelanchier alnifolia is a kind of shrub or small tree of Saskatoon in Rosaaceae, native to NorthAmerica from central Alaska to the Rocky Mountain region of Colorado. Fruit can be processed or fresh, the plant is quite pretty, flowers are beautiful and fruits are beautiy, it is cultivated as a landscaping treespecies by certain ornamental value.Nowdays, there is no study cutting techniques of Amelanchier alnifolia in china, mainly by seedpropagation, root suckers, grafting propagation and tissue culture propagation. Howere, the authordiscrepts above several breeding methods exsit some disadvantages, such as seed propagation beenaffected by the weather, the coefficient of variation and varieties, grafting breeding survival rate is lowand influenced by the weather aslo, the tissue culture propagation requires high environmentalconditions which adapting to few people. In this paper, the author sutday on the realationship of cuttingsurvival rate about Amelanchier alnifolia of different maturity, cuttings of different ages, light intensity, climate temperature, nursery substrate, substrate water content, growth regulating agents and cuttingmethod. The suthor found several factors to explore cutting survival rate between relations and law, atlast the author summed up the the efficient cutting breeding of new technology. The results show that:1in the Amelanchier alnifolia softwood cuttings trial four different periodsin mid-June, the alder leaf Amelanchier alnifolia, two species of softwood cuttings survival rate ishigher than others, it is can reach more than80%, the results is suitable Amelanchier alnifolia softwoodcutting propagation.2Amelanchier alnifolia hardwood cuttings trial, two cuttings tests, the first batch of cuttingsurvival rate is higher than the second batch cutting survival rate, higher than the1a and2a raw the hardsticks cuttings survival rate Healthhardwood cuttings survival rate.3temperature cutting survival rate relationship, in mid-June temperature is relatively stable, theaverage maximum temperature of26°C and the mean minimum temperature is15.7°C, cuttingsurvival rate up to83.67%, it is showed that the climate temperature conditions about mid-June can bebenefit Amelanchier alnifolia cuttings rooting and survival.4the relationgship between light intensity and cutting survival rate, processing II (shading rate82%) of Amelanchier alnifolia Leaves is the largest, and the growth of large cuttings, leaves large.5application of growth regulators can effectively promote Amelanchier alnifolia rooting andimprove the survival rate of cuttings, the different lignification is different, the effects is good used100mg·L-1ABT soaking4h processing on hardwood cuttings,50mg·L-1ABT soaking8h on softwoodCuttings is better.6it is to improve the survival rate of cuttings to take the Land and organic fertilizer as Amelanchieralnifolia cuttings nursery substrate.7In the test of matrix moisture and cutting survival rate, ten different processing matrix for largedifferences between moisture cuttings survival rate, in the processing III (moisture content20%), theprocess IV (moisture content25%) Amelanchier alnifolia cuttings are high survival rate. 8The softwood cuttings experimental results show that, in mid-June the alder leaf Amelanchieralnifolia of two varieties Thiessen and Martin softwood cuttings survival rate is the highest, Thiessen upto84.67%is higher than Martin. The hardwood cuttings test results showed that Thiessen hardwoodcuttings survival rate is higher than Martin, which showed that the differences between the varietieshave a certain impact on the survival rate of cuttings.9from the test results show that the saturated soil culture method: as50hole plate to cuttingsproduction of Amelanchier alnifolia, and take measures of waterring technical that the water content of20%and25%, the survival rate has increased significantly by cutting techniques of Amelanchieralnifolia cutting...
