The increasing demand of China’s timber resources scarce timber resources per capita share of the present situation, the woodworking machinery industry in China is now facing a contradiction. Improve fuel forests, shrubs and other small diameter timber utilization is an important measure to alleviate the contradictions, and other material of small diameter wood branches forest transportation difficulties, will take up a lot of human resources, longer unproductive time.Therefore, the design of a special wood branches timber in the forest trails sawing woodworking machinery products is essential.The thesis is based on absorb existing circular saw advantages in feed improved mobile feeding device, which can effectively improve the efficiency of sawing, designed and installed a small crawler mobile chassis, increasing a self-propelled feature expanded the sawing range of machines in the forest. Parameter calculation as well as the formulation of the overall layout and design of the major components of the agency, and then complete the overall design of the self-propelled-the small saws segment machine in the forest. With the development of computer technology and application design manufacturing, making the machine more reliable technical support. This thesis analyze static, modal analysis for the main structural components of the machine through the ANSYS finite element analysis software find the stress and strain parameters as well as low-order natural frequency of cloud images, and in accordance with the results of the analysis to complete the structure optimization design of the machine.Make full use of ergonomic principles of machine design, machine tool design to reflect the people-oriented principle. Combined with the human visual characteristics, to complete the color matching of the machine, to make more than one appearance design, and ultimately to determine the most practical and market competitive program.Through the use of Pro/E software for three-dimensional modeling and assembly of parts of the machine, and then set the various components of the machine motion simulation in the kinematic analysis module,detecting means whether there is interference phenomenon occurs in the space during movement.Through the use of the law of action set number of frames in the animation module, product and output tracked self-propelled movement and sawing process of animation, and then complete digital prototype motion simulation.Provide effective technical support for the small forest self-propelled segment saw machine successfully developed through in-depth study of this paper, as a new and efficient woodworking saw segment machine products, our forest area will trail the field of wood processing a significant contribution.
