In recent years,with the rapid increase of agricultural mechanization level,rice production has broken this critical technology bottlenecks about mechanized rice seedlings and planting,showing a good momentum of development.In the rice-growing part of the factory assembly line,the new self-propelled machine rice seedlings joint operation is developed,which can once complete spreading,watering,planting,soiling etc.In order to further set soiling mechanism,watering mechanism,seeding mechanism,and covering mechanism of laying institutions and self-propelled rice seedlings joint working machine as a whole new seedlings equipment,achieving spreading membrane,soiling,watering,sowing and covering in the integration of the work efficiency.Among them,the slot plate laying institution is a worthwhile development and research of spreading membrane device,which is match with self-propelled machine seedlings joint operation.Aimed for integration requirements of filming slot plate structure and self-propelled rice seedlings joint working machine,gradual evolution of three-dimensional model and functional design approach has achieved a functional main part of fold forming part's seedling tray unit structure about disc slot mechanism,and the initial seedling tray unit structure gradually has evolved into the structure including nine seedling tray conjoined membrane molded shelves and chassis.Its main structures' size has been design,and its key parts have analyzed the finite element.Finally,1:3 function test machine model has confirmed laying forming principle.According to conjoined recessed pan filming institution in the practical application,the integrated use of design experience and methods of conjoined recessed pan filming mechanism,split groove plate laying institutions were designed.The main components of folding forming part has been carried on the structure design,confirming the fission trough plate membrane organization institution as a whole,and its main structures' size has been design,and its key parts have analyzed the finite element.Finally,laying molding capabilities was verified by using a 1:1 test machine model.According to the mechanical characteristics of the split groove plate laying institutions,the main force bar has been analyzed.Adopting the way of expressing the view,the parts of split trough tray laying institutions have been decomposed and all parts of mechanism about location,features and assembly relations agencies have been resolved.Adopting the basic method of simulation of movement distortion,base film strip molding process was simulated and achieved membrane deformation process of visualization.During the design process of recessed pan laying institutions,the key components of structural design features about recessed pan filming institutions,calculation and analysis of processes and procedures,design principles of foundation and norms,calculation expression and data tables,formation of a new structure and design methods of the disc slot filming mechanism,testing pilot projects and test methods were summarized and organized.
